  • Kirksville, Mo.
  • Ft. Collins-Loveland, Co.

In addition, AT&T says it's expanded its LTE coverage in the Washington, D.C. and San Francisco areas.

If you're seeing AT&T LTE lighting up for the first time today, be sure to shout out in the comments.

That's great! The biggest Service provider will now be available in 4G LTE in those areas where it was not available. This will surely make many people switch over to AT&T.

I have been seeing LTE going on in Wainscott, NY and the northern part of Bridgehampton(north of Scuttlehole Road) over the past 3-4 weeks. I am not sure if it is on full time, but the bandwidth looks really good.

When is AT&T going to deploy 4G LTE in Alabama RSA-7 like they promised when they bought this market in 2010 from Verizon Wireless?

How would we know that

It's going to be 1:07 *AM*. Get your facts straight, moron.

That's strange, I was in Charlottesville, VA for my cousin's wedding at the beginning of July and had LTE coverage at that time already. A little slow to roll out that announcement?

They only announce when a certain % of the market is covered. For instance, I had LTE for 3-4 months all around my area before it was officially announced.

movielover76 says:

Most of the time, LTE markets go live before they announce them, which they tend to group together, I suspect they have it up and running and testing for any issues before the announcement. I experienced this both with Verizon where I had an LTE device before LTE was available in my market and now on AT&T.

LTE on AT&T is really fast in my area, I average like 15 - 20 mbps. It's like the early days of Verizon LTE all over again.

This is great for those area, but I rather see them letting us do Hangouts video chat over our data than locking it down to just wifi

I'm in fort Collins and lte has been on for about a week though it wasn't everywhere. Still not sure if it covers the whole city quite yet but it's nice to some fast speeds. Was getting 27 - 30mbps.

Nice, we just got it in Spoke, WA, Coeur D'Alene is just over the Idaho border, glad we'll have it out there too. :)
