  • Parallels Access? Wow that one is actually really appealing.
  • wow that's a long list of goodies
  • And you forgot carrier/vendor-specific goodies like a year of Netflix with T-Mo (not sure if there are still any of those left, though) or BestBuy's free wireless charging pad.
  • That's not by Samsungs doing.
  • That's what he said. Posted via the Android Central App
  • The t-mobile thing is over. That's unfortunate since it probably would've driven me to get the S6 over the iPhone 6 since I was very on the edge with which OS and phone to go with as my next daily driver. Posted on my OnePlus One
  • Basically the same that came with my note 4. Posted via the Android Central App
  • About the One Drive offer, even though my AT&T model does not have it preloaded, once I downloaded ithe from the play store it gave me the 100GB S6 offer.
  • Yes I can verify that this is correct. I'm using ATNT gs6 edge and after downloading onedrive I was prompted that I had 100gb to claim Posted via the Android Central App
  • Verified that the Onedrive offer also works on Verizon well.
  • Thanks for the info. I just downloaded it and got the 100GB offer on my Edge. Now I'm up to 130GB of storage I probably won't use haha.
  • TRUE, I got my 100GB on AT&T too after downloading One Drive from Google Play. Kudos to Microsoft for detecting the S6 and providing the extra space. Shame on AT&T for trying to hide the promotion.
  • Worth $500 to whom? Just give me the $500. AC App on SGS3
  • right... here is $500 in trials that we must have a credit card attached to so that as soon as your trial is over we can charge you... lol Honestly there is only 1 maybe 2 i am even interested in.
  • This is like the 90's equivalent of getting CD's for 1 cent. I don't consider trial subscriptions actually being free gifts.
  • I dunno, some of them are sketchy but I got the 3 months of NYTimes with my Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and then cancelled immediately. At $20 a month, it's a nice trial offer. Also got a year of Netflix and Bloomberg Business week for free.
  • Those trial apps are all worthless. Nothing worse than having something expire after a few months of use. They're not giving you anything. They're basically marketing for those companies. Great phone, but the only thing on there I may download is Shazam.
  • The worst is most require you to put in credit card information, and will bill you unless you cancel. If you sign up for even some of these services, the work involved to remember the cancellation dates and actually cancel it will be a huge PITA.
  • Yeah, I don't even bother with scams like that. And that's what they are: Scams. They're banking on you forgetting to cancel after several months of use. Samsung can keep their "gifts". Phone is great without them.
  • I agree with you and i dont do this either... but really, just put a reminder in your phone to cancel.
  • Yes thanks G-luv, you too! Oh and I found the name...It's called "goStrap". I use it on both my e-reader and my phone. It definitely has stopped the dropping problem but probably just as importantly, it has given me back the use of my hand!!! They have a website but you can also get them at The Container Store. Hope this helps and best of luck!
  • Shazam Encore....thank you.
  • How do i enable the free Shazam encore?
  • When i was setting my S6 up, I inadvertantly deleted the Samsung goodies link. any way to get it back?
  • just go to the galaxy hub and there is a whole section for galaxy gifts
  • I'd rather have a $50 Play store credit, 50% off any of the accessories under $100, and a nice tempered glass protector that works correctly.
  • I'd rather they'd give a bigger battery. It is not $500 value but potential cost if you could actually buy those things (like short trials). I got a galaxy tab s with all of this supposed value in freebies. Evernote premium was the only thing I thought would be of value but after 4 months I've not even found a use for the premium aspects of it. There was a free movie, it was rubbish. The free book per month if you use the Samsung version of Kindle was so bad I Uninstalled it and use the standard Amazon version.
For me, the free apps were worth exactly what I paid for them - nothing. Actually, if I consider my time spent in evaluating them, it has cost me.
  • I bought the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge less than sixty days past. This morning I first took a look at Samsung Gifts. I am elated of the gifts offerings. Thank you.
