Spider-Man Unlimited slings onto Android

Itching for some Spidey action? Wait no longer, as Spider-Man Unlimited is now available for Android. The endless runner is based on the comics, so there are plenty of villains for you to combat. This is the first free Spider-Man game from Gameloft, and the studio has indicated that new characters will be released in a timely fashion.
Here's what you're getting in the game:
THE FIRST FREE SPIDER-MAN GAME!
- Enjoy the thrill of the first Spider-Man web-runner! Swing, run and fight through chaotic Manhattan in over 5 different Marvel environments!
- Go beyond a runner with unique gameplay! Fight in battles against dimensional super villains, swing, wall-climb and skydive!
- Play Story mode with 5 boss battles and 25 missions per Issue! New daily and weekly events with spectacular rewards in Event mode! Or climb up the leaderboards in Unlimited mode!
THE FIRST NARRATIVE RUNNER!
- A continuing episodic adventure: The Sinister Six are moving from dimension to dimension, destroying everything in their path – and our world is next! But it ends now… with an army of Spider-Men!
- Dive into an extensive Marvel Universe spanning over 50 years of Spider-Man with iconic characters, including multiple variations of each villain, as well as Nick Fury, Mary Jane, and Black Cat!
- Written with an experienced Spider-Man comic writer to ensure a faithful recreation of the Spider-Man Comics!
THE MOST SPIDER-MEN EVER IN A GAME!
- Summon, collect and play as tons of Spider-Men featured throughout the Marvel Universe, including Spider-Man Noir, Iron Spider, Cosmic Spider-Man, Scarlet Spider, and the Bombastic Bag-Man!
- Collect, fuse, and level up your Spider-Man cards, each with its own unique in-game benefit, and send them on Spidey Ops missions around Manhattan!
- CONSISTENT RELEASE OF NEW SPIDER-MAN CHARACTERS!
The game itself is free, although there are in-app purchases. What do you think of this latest Spider-man mobile game?

IAP game from gameloft .. :(
-
Spider-Man + endless runner, two favorite thing my kid loves to bad for the IAP
-
Definitely going to download this when I get home
-
Would rather pay $10-20 for a game than have in app purchases...
-
I tried the game and it's actually fun. The IAPs are not intrusive or necessary. Posted from my Motorola Moto G.

Awesome game, me and my boy both sat here playing it Posted from my 2013 nexus 7, yeah baby!

Gameloft is the epitome of everything that is wrong with mobile gaming. "Let's release a game that is like thousands of other games already available (an a dozen of our own), slap some ads in it, and make people pay for content updates." I guess why bother changing a "winning" formula when people are foolish enough to buy into it.

My son loves spiderman more than anything. This is perfect

Exactly. My son is a Spidey addict O this would buy me some me time... Posted via Android Central App

I'm just glad Spiderman has a free video game app. I'm looking forward to getting this app. And since things on this app are some 50 years old, I know I'm going to see something related to the 1960s cartoon series. Yeeaahh! http://www.geekchoice.com

Shit doesn't even download (additional files?) on my N5.. Keeps telling me it's a bad connection when I'm on LTE. Figures smh.. Posted via Android Central App on The Nexus 5

Playing it and yeah, good fun game. Great time waster. Posted via the Android Central App

Pass. Agree with the original posters: gameloft and IAP purchases are everthing wrong with mobile gaming. The current stock of customers have no idea how good it was before they started setteling for less (IAP). They have essentially driven the market right over themselves.

BOBBYDAZZLER! Many thanks fir sharing!!!!

-
Fun, but the fact you have to pay or wait to keep playing after a while sucks. Posted via Android Central App
