There's no denying the popularity of Roku. Its low cost and simplicity has made it a favorite of cord cutters and casual streamers alike. And so it's almost a little unfair to put it up against the likes of NVIDIA Shield TV. Because we're talking greater hardware on just about every level, never mind the fact that Shield TV is a good two years older.
