Yesterday, August 5, was a big day for Samsung fans. During the first-ever virtual Unpacked event, Samsung announced a slew of new products — one of the most noteworthy being the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

The Note 20 Ultra is a downright impressive device, featuring a Snapdragon 865+ processor, a 120Hz AMOLED display, three rear cameras, and an S Pen that's more powerful than ever. It's certainly not cheap with a starting price of $1300, but if you're a fan of the Note series, there's a lot to get excited about.

Taking a look through the AC forums, a lot of our members have already placed their pre-order.

I couldn't wait!! Got the watch 3 for 50% off too!

I preordered mine from Samsung. Unlocked Black 128gb Ultra. Trading in my XS for $550. Not bad.

Ordered mine! Mystic Bronze 128gb Note Ultra. Whoop. Decided to just get the buds and continue rocking my Watch Active until the price drops later. Total $679.69! I would rather have had the 512gb, but wished there was more than the black option.

Well that's me pre ordered 512Gb in black

  • Nope out of my price range
  • Yes. As others stated, I wish the 512gb had more color options.
  • I'm still on the fence I'm a note fan but currently have a S20 Ultra and debating if its worth upgrading for very little.
  • In a few days after the best cases for note 20 Ultra and how to make your note 20 ultras battery last longer articles it will be old news and the news, leaks and rumours for the galaxy S 21 articles will start or the should I upgrade my now defunct piece of crap note 9 to the new note 20! Ok so yeah bit sarcastic and maybe even Samsung realising that people are slowly begining to realise that there's actually no need to keep upgrading perfectly good and fast phones every year or even 2 years now. Having said that there will always be people wanting the latest and greatest and I'm not against technology advancing and doing more and better stuff. Just saying that older (3ish+ years) are still perfectly capable and plenty fast enough for 95%of people.
Do like the bronze colour though!
  • I ordered the Note20 Ultra with 512Mb. I got a $550.00 trade in for my Note9 plus a $150.00 credit to spend on a cover and Micro USB card for even more storage. Too good of a deal to pass up. Also three years worth of System Updates. The Note9 is stuck at Android 10.
  • Yes. Black 512GB Note Ultra for 799 (650 trade in on s20 ultra) + 200 credit. I'm counting on Sammie getting the 5x optical zoom + focusing right this time.
