Win an LG G3 from Android Central!!!

Get outta my way buddy!! :P lol!

I'm kinda jealous of JJ Jones being the 1st to post in this MASSIVE comments section, lolol!!

+1. In addition to my agreement. I will say that I like the current status of the G3. LG certainly wants to shake things up with this device. And for those who haven't thought of this yet; since the G3 he's a 1440p display, it should still be consider a high end device within the coming years when more devices adopt this choice of resolution. Even when 2k/4k becomes available this device will be a leader of the pack to break away from 1080p. I hope Netflix moves towards streaming to match the resolution of the display of the device across the board.

if you enter once and everyone else enters thrice, how does that affect your chances statistically given the large number of responses overall?....And other filler questions.

"somewhere over the Rainbow, the LG g3 thrives, somewhere over the Rainbow, it can change all our lives..." Okay just me... Please haha

I need a G3 so I can experience KitKat since my Optimus G is still onJelly Bean 4.1.2 :(

The hardware improvements that LG has made are fantastic. The company and their new devices deserve more media attention that is currently going to Apple and Samsung. In fact, the LG G3 may be the "Samsung killer."

I certainly hope it is the S5 killer. G2 did not get the respect it deserved last year. Lets hope the G3 gets what it looks like it deserves this year.

According to the unveiling yesterday, the display and camera are improved over the already fantastic display and camera on the LG G2.

I had a Galaxy S2 prior to the LG G2. I was amazed at the clarity and features in the G2.

My S3 has been giving me a spate of problems these past weeks. I could use a new one too.

Yea, my fiance's Nexus 4 has been having issues in the past month, really need a new device in the mix, this would be perfect

+1... don't know how Samsung has so much market share. Loved my samsung for the first few months, then it got so laggy and battery didn't last a day anymore.

My N4 will brick itself every now and then after a quick turn off, will take a while to turn back on, each time I think she's done for. What's going on with your N4?

It's the exact same problem , crashes and won't turn on for at least 15 minutes.
Just did it this morning, about to call google and Rma it, tired of it.

Same here! Previous Samsung owner but problems with my S3 had me move on to much better option LG! Would love to rock the new G3.

I got rid of my S4 after having countless sim problems and no one was able to fix it. So this is me entering to win lol

When you purchased it you was given a warranty. II had also purchased the extended five year one and had a problem with it over heating. They sent me a box and label to send it in for repair. If I were you contact Samsung for the service repair.

I've never been a fan of Samsung phones. Currently an HTC owner, but this contest gives a great reason to switch!

The whole point of KNOX in either of it's two incarnations is for the business environment. The only way to make it really work for those environments is to secure the whole device.

Unfortunately this is true now, you have to buy a developer edition if you want to play around and use samsung. Luckily with subsidies going away, you don't have to pay such an inflated price to get one.
Still I prefer non samsung phones after this whole Knox thing.

Agree that Samsung should have made Knox optional at least at the beginning when you set up your device for the first time and an option in system settings afterwards. Not everyone has enterprise needs! I don't like having 'restrictions' on my device! Good way for Samsung to alienate some users.

Not JUST the Knox there's more problems with other bloat ware as well. Some so called features that won't turn off now as well. I am so regretful of spending all the money on the sgs4 will never again promote samsung. The so called updates can't be taken off, nor turned off. I really can't do without a good phone and now can't afford a new one considering my age and income issues. They sucker you in then force you into a situation like a bunch of little guinea pigs.

I hate how it's forced on you, just like they hate and try and stop you from rooting and changing ROMs.

I had an AT&T S IV with Know, luckily I got it before the patched the bootloader exploit.
But I wound up getting rid of it anyway, staying on an old bootloader was getting too complicated and annoying and I wanted to get rid of it and move on to something I could unlock properly.

After that, no more samsung for me. I need something I can unlock bootloader easily and reliably not a loki exploit.

Actually, LG doesn't have a very good track record but the phone looks nice and I'm assuming that we'll be able to install custom ROMs on it, so I don't think it will be bad at all.

I have used an Optimus G and I felt like the stock OS was as snappy as KitKat on my Nexus 4. That's still a pretty good phone (even if the UI doesn't look as good as stock)

When it comes to the G2 I'll take the extra over stock. Hopefully the same can be said for the G3.

But they added some cool features.
Besides, which rom would you choose? I wonder which is the best...
I think each device has its own best roms

Same here! I have been using my friends G2 when I he lets me and I gotta say it is making me want this phone!

My wife has one and I get jealous at times. I picked the Note 3 over it. I was wrong.

Posted via Android Central App

I'm going to replace my note 2 with either this, or the note 4.. I kinda want to see if LG has picked up their game lately, I used to love LG... all my phones were made by them.

I just killed my 4S by accident and have been waffling on a Note 3 or this. Will handmedown the Note 3 to my brother if this ends up being A+ boobs. Must be patient...

Third comment. Aaaand I'm spent.

I'm on a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 right now which is running Jelly Bean 4.3. Would love to experience KitKat on my phone but it looks like it may be a while before the update comes to my phone. If I got this phone, I'd let someone else have the pleasure of owning my S3. :-)

I've been using a BLU Life Play and must say I am very pleased with its performance - vanilla android and such - but this phone would be even better to have and use I'm sure.

I really want a white phone. I tend to like my nails and my cases to be bright colored and I prefer the contrast offered with a white phone vs. a black. If I happen to win though I'll take any color they give me even if its that poop green color......now that's an interesting concept for a phone color. Hope it's NEVER done.

I don't care about my nails or bright cases. But I agree, the contrast is always a nice touch. The white against the black adds a nice pop, even if the "metallic finish" isn't as visible. Sign me up for a white one, or an gunmetal (just for the metallic finish)

Poop green would be terrible, but livable if the screen bezel was black. A case could cover it mostly then...I suppose my phone is always in a case, so bezel color matters more than the rest of the phone....hmmm....poop green still doesn't sound good lol

What other color is it coiming in besides black/white? No greys? Why's everything gotta be black and white? Cant we all just get along? :)

I saw a picture with pink and purple haha now I wonder what colors are being given away. Please be black. Please be black. Please be black.
Yeah I'm that boring guy with black phones lol

My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.

Yeah well my mind is a big, angry stream with a bunch of little streams in it all flowing over an edge which happens to be a concept rather than a physical edge.

Indeed it can. My LTE free Nexus 4 is starting to struggle with holding a charge. Time for a new LG!

Via a cool AC App on a great Nexus 4

Completely agree. I love my Nexus 4 but its battery life wasn't too good to begin with, but now it is just atrocious. Not to mention that I cannot take advantage of my free unlimited LTE data on Three UK. The G3 will suit me perfectly, but at ~£500 I really hope to win one. :)

I would like to apologise on behalf of society for your handicap, if that's the phone I'm thinking of, my fiancée had one and it was one of the worst phones I've ever known. Possibly _the_ worst.

My wife really needs a new phone, she dropped her Nexus 4 about 3 months ago and has been using a Motorola W490 (yeah it's a flip phone)

Do you leave it on the charger for long periods of time after it fully charges? I've noticed that tendency will deplete the battery.

The battery life on my nexus 4 seems to be a lot worse now than I remember since I have had to start using it again after my nexus 5 got a broken screen.

Yeah, it kind of gave me hope that I could get the phone without waiting for it to get to my country. Until I saw the number of comments...
