Technically, I think they mean it expires at 11:59:59 on Sunday 3/17. Because at midnight, it will be the next day (saying "3/17 at Midnight" means Saturday night).

Not only that, but we're currently in daylight saving time so the end time should be PDT, not PST. It's only been a week so I'll cut them some slack. :)
