Today AT&T announced a whole slew of Android devices, but one that really stuck out was the Pantech Burst. It's a 4G LTE device that will launch with an on contract price of only $50. Now you may be thinking you will get what you pay for on that, but fear not, you will be pleasantly surprised with this device.  Featuring a 4-inch display and powered by a 1.2GHz processor, the device keeps up with most other devices.

Running the Pantech skin we have seen before on the Pantech Breakout, they have updated the lockscreen giving quick and easy access to five icons as well as the unlock key, making a total of six. The device does run Android 2.3, and we are unsure of whether it will be updated to Ice Cream Sandwich. With a great price point, and solid hardware being powered by AT&T's 4G LTE network it looks like Pantech is looking to move through these devices. Hit the break check out some more images, and stay tuned for a video walk through.

it'd be hilariously ironic if this phone ever had battery overheat issues in the future

does it bother anyone else that in that screenshot, the launcher icon in the little android tutorial widget doesn't match the actual launcher icon? That's not going to help new users
