During a recent PlayStation 5 event, The Future of Gaming, Insomniac Games showed up in force, presenting two different games with Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart. The latter of these two appears to be a direct sequel to the 2016 game.
Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart appears to be taking full advantage of the PS5's hardware, using the advanced SSD to rapidly swap between worlds and dimensions. Clank even has ray-traced reflections! You can take a look at some detailed screenshots below:
Right now, like most PS5 exclusives, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart does not have a release date or expected release window. The PS5 is currently scheduled to arrive at some point in Holiday 2020.
