The Desire 820 is HTC's mid-range flagship for late 2014, following on from the Desire 816, released earlier in the year. It's powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 CPU — a 64-bit capable chip — and HTC says the phone will be updated to Android L to take full advantage of its 64-bit capabilities. The Desire 820 also features a 5.5-inch 720p display like its predecessor, along with a 2,600mAh battery. It's expected to launch in late September 2014.
