Sony rolls out Marshmallow beta test program for Xperia owners in select countries

Sony has rolled out the Xperia Beta Program, which invites smartphone owners to join the company in squashing bugs and improving Android 6.0 Marshmallow ahead of public release. It's worth noting that this new program is not the same as the Concept for Android, and is solely for trying out Android 6.0.

It's reported that this pre-release version of Marshmallow is hitting the Xperia Z2, Z3 and Z3 Compact in only a select few countries - Italy, Netherlands and Spain. Sony is actively encouraging its fans to help the company not only shaping the future of software (Concept for Android), but also to check out what will be hitting their handsets in the near future (Xperia Beta Program).

Have you managed to get on the program? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
