How often do you restart your Android phone?

As fun and customizable as the best Android phones have always been, it used to be that they performed better over the long run with a bit of manual interference. The old IT Crowd adage of "turn it off and on again" would often do wonders for how smoothly your device would run, clearing out virtual cobwebs and bugs. But with advancements and optimizations in Android over the years, do you still find that restarting your phone makes a difference?
This is a question we've asked before and seen previously on the AC forums, but after the April security update, it has resurfaced.
How often do you restart your Android phone?
I restart my phone every day, but I'm always messing with/ tweaking it as it's rooted. But I believe it's a good thing to restart at least every few days. It just refreshes everything for phone to run smoothly

I utilize the scheduled power off and on with my One Plus phones.

I only restart if my phone is acting odd, which is pretty rare. But since it's a Pixel 3 XL, it'll restart at least monthly due to the security patches (and probably twice a month if you include the Google Play system updates, which are separate from the monthly security patches).

My S10+ restarts about 3 times a week in the morning. It keeps it running a little smoother.

Once a month with my security update. Once in a while if I have some strange behavior. Pixel 3aXL
-
Same on my S21 ultra. Used to do it once a week, but that's just not necessary anymore.
-
Usually once a week, but I do that all my phones regardless of OS.
-
Only when I get a security update. Pixel 5.

Mine is scheduled for twice a week at 0300. Don't even know it's happening.

Once a week. I have developed a routine of clearing junk files and browser cache weekly for at least a few years now on Android. I have a reminder in my calendar that tells me to do it every Sunday night.

Never, with rare the exception of an app misbehaving. One of the joys of having well sorted updates.

Usually once or twice a week. I have really bad service in the building I work in. And some times my phone won't reconnect to LTE/5G once I leave the building unless I restart. Other than that, usually only if an app screws up, or for the security updates

Once a month or so....

I have Verizon prepaid. Once a month after the new cycle starts they send me a txt telling me my plan has renewed and to restart my phone to refresh all functions. So I do it then. I've tested it and everything works great even if I dont. Anyway thats my cue.

Daily based on the schedule restart option built into the OS on S21 Ultra
-
When I see ubnormal battery usage, it happens at least once each month, a restart brings things back to normal.
