AT&T has announced that customers on its Mobile Share Value plans will be able to take advantage of free roaming while in Mexico starting November 13. To make things a bit sweeter, AT&T will be including 1GB of data to use in Mexico at no additional cost, and each gig beyond that will cost $20 each.
Verizon has introduced TravelPass, a new way for its customers to use their smartphones overseas at a more affordable cost. Under this new plan, customers will be able to use their data in Canada or Mexico for $2 per 24 hour period, or $10 per 24 hour period in more than 65 other countries.
