Linksys Velop

Linksys AXE8400 is more than just a fast new router; it's also a home security system like no other.

Linksys has launched its own mesh networking solution. Dubbed the Velop, the system is offered as nodes that you'll have to place around your house to maximize coverage.

The Eero Pro 6 and the Linksys MX10 Velop both offer 6,000 sq ft of coverage and plenty of speed for a gigabit connect. At $100 less, the Eero Pro 6 system makes more sense for most people.

Netgear's Orbi WiFi 6 system brings top speeds and fast backbone to keep things running smoothly. Linksys Velop MX10 offers nearly the same speed with greater compatibility for mesh expansion.

The Ubiquiti AmpliFi Alien has better speed and coverage but the Linksys Velop MX10 works with older Velop nodes allowing you to build a cheaper mesh.
