Android 2.3 -- which we told you last week will indeed be Gingerbread -- is starting to show up in Google Analytics logs. Our pals at Android and Me are seeing them, as are we. And while it's impossible to know what phone they're coming from -- it's what's at the bottom of our list that's piqued our interest even more.
Yep, that's Android 3.0.1, which made an appearance last week before going dark again. Now how real is that? Unknown. Could be kids looking to cause trouble. Seeing Gingerbread pop up isn't that surprising, but seeing the next version -- tentatively code named Honeycomb -- appear? That's downright intriguing. Discuss.
