There's an update available over-the-air for the Sprint HTC One Max that adds a slew of features, almost all tied in to HTC Sense 6. The update, weighing in at a heft 537MB, adds most of the features we've come to love about Sense 6 on the HTC One M8 to the One Max, with the notable exception of Motion Launch.
There's a lot that Sense 6 is bringing to the One Max. There's the refreshed and cleaned up interface with its revised HTC BlinkFeed. And an updated easier-to-use camera app (though obviously no Duo effects here without the dual cameras of the One M8). Hell, the update even moved many of the HTC apps into Google Play so they'll be able to be updated faster and without a system update in the future. What's not to love?
According to HTC's Sense 6 progress tracker both the Sprint and Verizon One Max updates for Sense 6have hit the certification phase (the final step before release to consumers), as have all editions of the HTC One M7. So it likely won't be long until we see releases for those smartphones as well.
