The European HTC One M8 has started to receive a small update that serves to improve the performance of GPS on the device. Noted as version 2.22.401.5, the update comes in at only 44.74MB and is being delivered OTA.

European HTC One M8 receiving small GPS improvement update

Says "Integration" for everyone and has done for a few weeks now. I heard somewhere else that HTC has pulled the update but I don't know if that's true.

I have the Sprint M8 and I hope this fix comes to it. It's not very accurate after the 4.4.3 update. When getting onto an onramp, it thinks that I'm still on the street for about 10 seconds.

I haven't seen this update yet (I'm on EE in UK on 4.4.2).
A little tweak to the GPS would be a good idea, I have same on/off ramp confusion.
