TuneIn, the popular Internet streaming audio service, is giving customers some optional extras with the launch of TuneIn Premium. The subscription service adds more access to live sports, along with commercial-free radio stations and audiobooks for the price of $7.99 a month in the US.
TuneIn says:
"Premium subscribers will be able to listen to live play-by-play coverage of all Major League Baseball games, Barclays Premier League and Bundesliga matches, over 600 commercial-free music stations, unlimited access to over 40,000 audiobooks, and 16 language learning stations."
The service is also available in Canada for $8.99 a month and the UK for $5.99 a month, with plans to expand TuneIn Premium in other countries. If you don't want to jump in immediately, there's also a free 30-day trial for TuneIn Premium.
