The Samsung Galaxy Stellar 4G is a mid-range 4-inch smartphone from Verizon running on Android 4.0 with 4G LTE speeds. 

Powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, the Galaxy Stellar keeps things pretty mediocre with its  800 x 480 display, 3.2-megapixel rear camera and 1.3-megapixel front camera.
