While everyone else is focused on buying gifts, there's one other type of holiday sale event that you should keep an eye out for: deals from your wireless carrier. T-Mobile Prepaid, for instance, is running a promo that could get you two lines of Unlimited for only $75 per month. Considering that one line usually sets you back $55 per month, the monthly savings here could be immense. And as T-Mobile is more than happy to share, it's 25% cheaper than AT&T Prepaid. 

Alternately, if you bring four lines on the 10GB plan, it'll only cost you $100 per month while the holiday promo is live. That shakes out to 25 bucks per line! Plenty of prepaid carriers run special deals this time of year, but it's unusual to find a wireless deal that supports the whole family.

Sure, T-Mobile Prepaid may not offer the most affordable prepaid phone plans we've ever seen, but they continue to be a great option for folks who want the simplicity of an MVNO with the perks and backing of a Big Three carrier.

Even as many of the year's best deals wrap up this week, buyers can still find excellent earbud deals and more, if they know where to look. One pick, for example, is Amazon's 60% off on the JBL Tune Flex earbuds, which are a great, affordable pair of buds that are now priced at under $40.

While they may not be the best wireless earbuds on the market, they still offer a really affordable entry price for active noise cancellation, high-quality audio, and crystal clear phone calls. Buyers also say they find the fit comfortable without a silicone ear tip and with the AirPod-like stemmed design.

You might also be hard-pressed to find another pair of earbuds around this price that offers a substantial battery life, ANC, ambient sound modes, and a powerful bass-forward sound profile. This particular deal is available for all three of the colors the Tune Flex buds come in, including Black, Blue, and White.

Whether you're doing some holiday shopping or simply upgrading the home office, I just noticed one leftover Cyber Monday Chromebook deal that deserves your immediate attention. Best Buy has decided to extend a deal that carves $200 off the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus, an ultra-lightweight and versatile laptop that's well-suited for both work and play.

Straight out of the box, the Chromebook Plus offers a gorgeous 15.6-inch AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate, while under the hood you'll get a powerful Intel Core 3 100U chip and 8GB of RAM. There's also 256GB of expandable storage and a surprising number of ports, especially given that, at 11.8mm thick, the laptop is actually thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6. It's also the first Chromebook to come with the Quick Insert key, a new feature that lets you access Gemini and other streamlined AI features more easily. 

Of course, there are a few drawbacks with the Galaxy Chromebook Plus. For one, it doesn't have a touchscreen or a convertible design, and the battery life (estimated around 13 hours max) is a bit disappointing given the steep price tag. You also don't get a fingerprint scanner with the Galaxy Chromebook Plus, and you're limited to the 256GB storage configuration (although you can expand the storage using a microSD card). 

On a $300-$500 Chromebook, these issues wouldn't be a big deal, but I've come to expect more from laptops in the $750 range. Fortunately, this Best Buy discount places the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus much closer to where it needs to be, just in time for holiday shopping.

It's time to start thinking about those New Year's resolutions, and if yours include leveling up your fitness regimen, I just found a leftover Cyber Monday Fitbit deal that might make things easier. We were also happy to learn that Google will finally be releasing some new Fitbit hardware in 2026, so hope isn't entirely lost for folks who prefer the band-style fitness tracker. So yes, if you want the absolute best fitness wearable on the market, go with the Pixel Watch 4 or perhaps something from Garmin. But if you want something lightweight and simple that doesn't sacrifice fitness-focused specs, the Charge 6 is still a great choice (especially at this price).

The Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales have come and gone, but I just noticed one historic Google Pixel 10 deal that has no signs of stopping. Grab the AI-powered flagship unlocked from Amazon right now and you'll score a straight 31% discount. That knocks the price of the phone down to only $549, no strings attached!

To be fair, this Pixel 10 discount is far from the only deal leftover from Amazon's Cyber Monday sale, but it's easily one of the most remarkable. That being said, the Pixel 10 is a phone that's good at, well, being a phone, and it comes packed full of enough convenient features and AI trickery to keep you invested for years to come.

It's almost closing time and the Cyber Monday retailers are about to mark up prices on everything left in your carts. But you still have time! And if you're looking for a cheap Android phone deal, there's one obvious pick that won't feel too expensive this late in the game: the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G for $149 ($50 off) at Amazon.

Among the best Android phones under $200, this and the Moto G 2025 have the same Cyber Monday deal price. But while Moto's phone is ranked first in our guide, there are very good reasons to pick the A16 instead! Its 6.7-inch, 1080p display is higher resolution and uses OLED instead of LCD, it's slightly more water resistant (IP54 vs. IP52), and it gets six years of software updates, while Motorola only promises three years.

✅Recommended if: You want to spend as little money as possible without compromising on basic quality, and you expect your smartphone to last for years with regular updates and no security concerns. You'd prefer a 1080p, 800-nit AMOLED display to the Moto G's 720p, 120Hz LCD display.

❌Skip this deal if: You're able to splurge for the Galaxy A36 — currently $274.99 ($125 off) at Best Buy — and receive upgrades to performance, memory, display refresh rate (120Hz) and brightness (1,900 nits), charging speed (45W), and protection (Victus+ glass and IP67 dust & water resistance).

While most of the best budget Android phones are discounted for Cyber Monday, they're still pricier than what you'd pay for the Galaxy A16, like $449 for the Pixel 9a or $284 for the Moto G Stylus 2025. The Galaxy A16 can't match these mid-range phones for raw hardware and performance, but the Galaxy name does guarantee a certain level of software quality that most other budget phones can't match.

Our advice? Either go for the Galaxy A16 5G or look at the 2025 lineup of Moto G phones, like the Moto G 2025 and Moto G Power 2025. Anything cheaper than these probably won't live up to your expectations.

I've talked a lot about some of my favorite power banks on sale during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, but what I haven't talked about is a device that sits right next to me: the Anker Prime Power Station (14-in-1). I've been using the Anker x Black Myth: Wukong Edition Prime Docking Station for some time now, and I can't believe I've gone this long without one of these. Aside from the stylish design (which I'll get to later), this is an incredibly versatile docking station that has just about anything anyone might need at their desk, especially if they work from home like me.

This model gives you the same chip, expandable storage, battery capacity, wired charging speed, and software support, but you upgrade to 1080p resolution, doubled RAM, and a stronger Gorilla Glass rating for the display, while adding wireless charging and an ultrawide camera.

The next upgrade level would be the Moto G Stylus 2025, one of our top Android phones under $400 that's currently $115 off on Amazon. That model gives you a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip that beats the Dimensity 6300 for performance, along with better cameras, faster wired charging, and a 1,220p OLED display with a blazing 3,000 nits — compared to 1,000 nits on the Moto G or G Power 2025.

But again, you probably don't want to spend too much at this point! So your best option will be to snag the Moto G 2025 at its all-time-low $149 price before the deal is gone.

Samsung surprised us in late 2024 when it made a triumphant return to the Chromebook space with the Galaxy Chromebook Plus. Fast forward to today, and it remains one of the best options out there. But now, it's one of the best Cyber Monday Chromebook deals, as it's $150 off.

Frankly, we're kind of surprised to see that this deal is still hanging around, as it was one of the first big Black Friday deals we saw. However, there are still a bunch of great Samsung Cyber Monday deals going on, so it's awesome to see the Galaxy Chromebook Plus included.

✅Recommended if: You want a Chromebook that's incredibly thin and lightweight, while still being able to enjoy a beautiful and massive 15.6-inch AMOLED display.

Very few expected Samsung to jump back into the Chromebook mix, but it did so with a bang. This was the first Chromebook to be released with the Quick Insert key, giving you easy access to Gemini from practically anywhere. Not only that, but it understands the context of whatever window you're using, meaning that when pressed, the Quick Insert menu will show relevant and/related tasks.

The star of the show, for some at least, is the gorgeous 15.6-inch AMOLED touchscreen display. Outside of those who suffer from PWM, Samsung's displays are some of the best out there, and the Galaxy Chromebook Plus is no different.

For others, the Galaxy Chromebook Plus is an intriguing option due to how thin and lightweight it is. It weighs just 2.58 pounds, and at the thinnest point measures in at a mere 11.8mm (0.46-inches.) Surprisingly, this is actually thinner than the Galaxy Z Fold 6, but of course, not the redesigned Galaxy Z Fold 7.

As you'd expect, it's no slouch in the performance department either. It's powered by the Intel Core 3 100U chip, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage. However, this is the only configuration that Samsung offers, which is rather disappointing.

Nevertheless, with Cyber Monday winding to a close, it won't be long before this deal is gone again. So make sure you jump on the train before it runs out of steam.

That's similar, or better than, the best Samsung has to offer. For example, the latest Samsung Galaxy Tab models have shipped with MediaTek processors following a switch from Qualcomm chips. If you want the best Qualcomm chips for AI and general performance, the OnePlus Pad 3 is your only option.

Better yet, it's more affordable than a Samsung tablet. It runs Android 16, and OxygenOS has come a long way, so it's very easy to use. There are also incredible multitasking features like Open Canvas, which lets you use up to five apps at once.

If I was in the market for an Android tablet this Cyber Monday, I'd go for the OnePlus Pad 3. It's much better than cheaper options while hitting a reasonable price point, which is something that Samsung's flagship tablets can't do. If you need a new tablet or a great gift, grab this OnePlus Pad 3 deal while you still can.

If you were one of the lucky folks to score a Meta Quest 3 Cyber Monday deal, congrats! I'm willing to bet you're all spent out at this point, BUT, if you've still got $17 left, hear me out. AMVR makes these nifty little controller grips that replace the battery cover, adding much-needed grip and a comfortable wrist strap, all for (you guessed it), $17 on Cyber Monday.

Why do you need this? For me, at least, the Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S controllers are very easy to drop. I find them to be slightly slippery and just a tad uncomfortable for some games. Adding a hand strap quite literally fixes everything I dislike about the design, and not only significantly enhances comfort by balancing the weight across your whole hand, but it also makes throwing things in VR much easier.

That last part might sound silly until you realize just how often you have to toss things in VR games....

✅Recommended if: You find the Meta Quest's controllers to be a bit on the small side, easy to drop, or just slightly unbalanced. These help all of that, and they make things easier to toss in VR, too!

❌Skip this deal if: You're looking for a full controller cover to guard against bumps and scratches, or you use a charging dock to charge your controllers up. Docks aren't compatible with controller grips.

Of all the grips available for Quest controllers, these are my favorite because they're so dang minimalist. It simply replaces the battery door. There's no awkward installation like a full coverage controller grip usually needs, and the only time you have to pop these off is when you want to change the battery. In that case, there's no difference in procedure from the standard kit, making this a huge win.

If you want a full coverage controller grip, I'd recommend these Kiwi Design G4 Max grips, although the extra material will cost you a bit more.

❌Skip this deal if: You dislike the unique squircle case design, you have a Pixel or OnePlus phone that'd work better with another smartwatch, or you're willing to pay extra for a Classic or Ultra.

You can also find some pretty massive discounts on Samsung's pricier models, like $200 off the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, making it cheaper than the original Galaxy Watch 8 price. I enjoyed reviewing the Watch 8 Classic because of its rotating bezel for more exact controls, along with a more traditional style. But the Watch 8 is the better last-minute deal, simply because it's $100 cheaper and lightweight enough to fit any wrist size.

There are plenty of tech products out there. Some are great buys offering excellent value, but others aren't. Most fall somewhere in the middle.

Unless you have the means to buy one of everything, you have to decide if something is the right fit for you. That can be hard; the companies making them will tell you that you need one to make your life complete, people who got a lemon or just didn't like it will say the product is garbage, and reviewers simply can't cover everything.

Often, it's good to take a step back and see what you're going to get inside that pretty package. Was it worth what you paid for it? Will you get enough use from it to justify the purchase? Or maybe you should hold off and see what's coming next.

We can't make those decisions for you, but we can tell you what we think and maybe where you should start your decision-making process.

Cyber Monday means all sorts of things you want are on sale at really low prices - including the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for just $150. Should you buy them?

Almost all of us with a smartphone have at least one pair of wireless earbuds. The two just seem to go together, and it's a great way to listen without disturbing anyone. The thing is, there are so many different pairs of buds out there that it can be sort of overwhelming.

If you decide you want to spend a little more and have features like ANC, built-in AI, or excellent sound, the field narrows. Of course, the weekend of Black Friday through Cyber Monday brings deals on almost all of them.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are one of my personal favorites when it comes to wireless earbuds. Let's have a look and see if they might turn out to be one of yours, too, while the price is this low.

The Pros

At the core, all wireless earbuds do the same thing: connect to your phone so you can hear what's going on. Beyond that, you'll find premium features on the best sets that a cheap pair of $50 earbuds just can't deliver. Here's what makes the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro worth buying

The Price. I have to start here, and that's probably pretty important to you, too. These are normally $250, and today they are marked down to $150. Saving a hundo is sweet.

Packed with features. Samsung has leveraged the tiny computer inside these buds to make them do so much more than just be a speaker. A new audio codec (if you have the right phone), head tracking spatial audio, Galaxy AI, seamless device switching, and more. A lot more.

They fit great for most people. You will see some reviews from folks who can't seem to keep them inside their ears, but most people love the fit of these. Samsung redesigned that body and angle, and in my experience, it works great.

Excellent ANC. Usually, when you keep adding features, you reach a point where the battery can't keep up. ANC is very power-hungry and is often the first thing to be scaled back. Not on these; even with everything else going on, the Buds 3 Pro have world-class ANC.

The cons

Nothing is perfect, and there is one big flaw with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro: they were specifically built with the Galaxy ecosystem in mind.

You might be thinking, "How is that a flaw?" and you're right. Flaw is a harsh word, but it can be a deal breaker. Unless you have a fairly new Samsung Galaxy phone, you're going to be missing out a little.

Let me start by saying right up front: if you use an iPhone, don't buy these. They essentially are just another pair of Bluetooth earbuds, and if you want them to do more, you need to buy earbuds from Apple.

For everyone else, the list of what's missing without a new Galaxy phone is still mighty long. You won't get the same spatial audio experience, and there's no head tracking. Some AI features, notably the real-time Interpreter, only function with a Galaxy phone. If you have something like a Galaxy S24 Ultra (which is how I use them), the quick pairing and seamless switching are awesome. Without a Galaxy phone, it's mediocre. ANC is still excellent, but it loses some of the adaptive qualities that put it over the top when used without a phone using Galaxy AI. Finally, the SSC (Samsung Seamless Audio) high-res audio support - one of the best Bluetooth audio codecs available - only works when paired to a new Galaxy phone.

These work with any Android phone, and they still sound good and have great ANC, but the best way to use them is with a new phone from Samsung.

My verdict

What phone are you using? If you have something like a Galaxy S25 or Galaxy Z Flip 7, then hell yeah. It's a yes from me, dawg. If you aren't, then maybe you might want to check out some others before you plunk that money down.

I will mention that if the Galaxy S24 Ultra were my main phone, I would use these every day simply because they sound almost as good as a very expensive set of wired earbuds. For real. Unfortunately, with my Motorola Razr, they don't.

If you have an iPhone, spring for a pair of AirPods. If you have a Pixel, the Pixel Buds are calling you. The list goes on, and even companies like OnePlus offer earbuds that are good with all phones, but best when used with the same brand of products. It's simply how it is.

I've been doing this for more than several years now, so there's admittedly not much that truly impresses or wows me, but this little foldable projector from a company you may not have heard of is one of them. Transform your phone into the ultimate entertainment device

The Aurzen ZIP Tri-Fold Portable Projector is one of the most unique devices I've seen this year. In fact, it impressed us enough that it was one of our Best of MWC 2025 winners!

This small, foldable device can project a bright 100-lumen image by mirroring your phone. This can turn any moment into a movie night if there's no TV in sight. Just connect and go! According to Aurzen, there's no lag, and the projector can adjust the image based on the angle to avoid distortion.

And it doesn't just work for horizontal videos; it can also display vertical videos without black bars by turning it on its side. And because of its tri-fold design, you can angle it in many different ways, from straight on to straight up. What's great is that it supports smartphone connections, but you can also connect it to your PS5 or Nintendo Switch, granted you have the HDMI transmitter (sold separately). This makes it a great backup in case you find yourself without a TV.

It's also extremely portable, weighing about as much as a large flagship smartphone but at half the size. So you can just stick it in your pocket if you don't have the carrying case.

Of course, there are downsides, such as a native 720p resolution (which supports 1080p upscaling), short battery life, and a lack of ports, but these are concessions that you can expect from such a portable yet powerful projector such as this.

If you're looking for a stocking stuffer, this would definitely make a great gift!

❌Skip this deal if: you'd prefer to upgrade to the higher-powered Amazon Echo, or another device, such as the Echo Studio or Sonos One; you're looking for a smart home device with a screen or other interface, rather than one that's just a speaker; you're looking for a smart speaker with industry-leading audio quality.

Amazon's Echo Dot boasts a small overall design that's easy to fit on counters and desktops, or just about anywhere in your home. While the smaller build than the regular Echo device does compromise a little on audio quality, sporting just a single forward-firing 1.73-inch speaker. Still, you can connect it to a second Echo Dot if you prefer stereo audio, or if you want to customize the audio you can utilize the EQ settings in the Alexa app.

While it may not be the best smart speaker from an audio perspective, given the smaller speaker, it's truthfully not much different from the regular Echo model otherwise. And it's hard to go wrong with a price tag of just over $30, especially if you don't need anything too terribly loud or high-quality.

Smartwatches are pretty ugly, right? We pretend otherwise because they're so useful, but plenty of people prefer luxury watches, or even a cheap watch from a discount department store. If you want a middle ground — a hybrid watch that tracks your health and shows basic notifications but still looks stylish — the Withings ScanWatch 2 or ScanWatch Nova is your best bet.

The ScanWatch 2 tracks your heart rate, sleep stages, breathing quality, nightly blood oxygen, and menstrual cycles like most smartwatches, but that just scratches the surface. It passively catches irregular heart rhythm like an Apple or Fitbit watch, and it continuously measures your skin temperature, even during the day, so you know immediately if you're showing signs of sickness or "overheating" for too long during workouts.

Most importantly, it does so with a traditional profile that won't look out of place in professional contexts, and with a battery that lasts up to 35 days per charge. It's currently $289 ($80 off) at Amazon, but you can save another $20 by signing up for Withings's newsletter, then buying from Withings directly.

✅Recommended if: You're primarily interested in health tracking and a classic watch aesthetic, without other distracting features or an artificial smartwatch look. You already have a Withings scale and want to pair health insights with weight data.

❌Skip this deal if: You want a smartwatch that doesn't skimp on features and includes a display that's much easier to read; or, you'd prefer a health-tracking tool that's even more subtle, like a Whoop band.

You can see how the OLED cutout blends in normally, but displays info clearly (though narrowly) when you receive a notification or use the crown to rotate through health options. I like the 42mm ScanWatch that Withings sent, but the 38mm finish is a better option for folks with narrow wrists because it weighs 18g less and looks more classically petite.

An alternative for folks that usually drop Rolex-level money on a watch is the ScanWatch Nova, which features the same health and battery specs but adds a diver-style design with a rotating stainless steel bezel and anti-reflective sapphire glass. It's quite expensive, but Cyber Monday knocks the price down $90 to $509 on Amazon, or $489 on Withings's site with the aforementioned newsletter discount.

These deals end at midnight, so it's best to act fast! Whether you buy from Amazon or Withings, you have until January 31 to return it, so you have time to decide whether a hybrid smartwatch is right for you, or if you can't do without a smartwatch display.

I've tried going without using a smartwatch, but I always come crawling back. This time, it was Garmin that won me over with its new Instinct Crossover AMOLED. There are actually quite a few Cyber Monday smartwatch deals that are hanging around, but the Crossover AMOLED is arguably the most unique of the bunch. Instead of just throwing a digital clock on the screen, the Instinct Crossover AMOLED is also equipped with analog watch hands, which is great if you just need to check the time but the "smartwatch" has run out of juice.

It arrived back in September 2025 with a retail price of $649, serving as the successor to the original Instinct Crossover, with a few added features. I actually reviewed its predecessor back in 2023, giving it a 4/5 star rating. At the time, it gained points for its battery life and ingenious hybrid design, but it lost ground due to the lack of onboard storage and a potentially frustrating navigation experience.

The defining feature of this latest iteration is the screen itself, as Garmin ditched the 0.9-inch monocolor display in favor of a 1.2-inch AMOLED screen. Not just that, but the analog watch hands have been designed in such a way that they stand out better when you need to check the time.

The Crossover AMOLED also implements multi-band GPS, white & red LED lights, and "identical training tools" to Garmin's Instinct 3. I've been using the watch for the past week or so while working on the review, and I do admit that it looks a lot better than before. Even the "Bronze/Sunburst" colorway is starting to grow on me a bit.

However, not everything is an improvement over the previous generation. Most notably, battery life takes a massive hit, as the new Crossover AMOLED is now rated for 14 days on a single charge. This is less than half the rated battery life of the original Instinct Crossover, and while it's still far more than many other smartwatches, it's something to keep in mind.

Beyond that, the Crossover AMOLED still lacks any touch controls, leaving you to navigate through menus and dismiss notifications using the built-in buttons. But hey, everything else about this is just as good as the other options in Garmin's vast array of premium smartwatches and fitness trackers.

Considering that it's not often we see discounts on Garmin wearables, this is one lingering Cyber Monday smartwatch deal you won't want to pass up.

I've used a ton of Meta Quest accessories over the years, from golf clubs to charging docks, facial interface and head strap replacements, controller straps, gun attachments, and more. While most of these accessories provide improvements in comfort or immersion, a charging dock is pretty much useless.

That's because most docks don't support controller charging when using wrist straps or cases, and I don't know about you, but I don't use my Quest controllers without those things. Black Friday blew away our expectations with a ludicrous Galaxy S25 Ultra deal we thought for sure was dead, but the company is bringing it back just in time for Cyber Monday to pull us back in again. Buy a Galaxy S25 Ultra directly from Samsung, and you'll get a clean $560 off PLUS a free 512GB upgrade. It quite literally doesn't get better than that, and you don't need to trade anything in or sign a contract to get it!

UGREEN has a good track record when it comes to charging accessories, and I use its products daily: the Nexode 500W is how I charge all the tech that crosses my desk, and I use the Nexode 20,000mAh Power Bank with the retractable cable on the go. I have several Nexode GaN chargers and power banks on hand around the house, and it's safe to say that the brand has proven to be reliable.

That's why I was excited when UGREEN said it was introducing Qi 2.2 MagFlow chargers that go up to 25W. Look, I wasn't really keen on Qi 2 charging until the Pixel 10 Pro XL showed up, but in the last three months, I used wireless chargers more than any other time in the last decade. It's just convenient to be able to do so, and with the standard now going up to 25W, it isn't an excruciating wait until a phone is charged.

Anyway, I've been using UGREEN's MagFlow chargers for the better part of three months now, and they're terrific. There are several models; I got a charging mat that costs $29, and a 10,000mAh power bank with a built-in cable that's now down to $59. But the ones I used the most are the 3-in-1 MagFlow foldable charging stand — which is now available for $89 as part of Cyber Monday — and a 3-in-1 MagFlow charging station that sits next to my desk, which costs $93.

Both charging stands let you charge a phone at 25W over the Qi 2.2 protocol, along with other accessories like earbuds, and the Apple Watch. It's this last addition that made the foldable charging stand a mainstay in my travel bag; it's just easy to be able to charge three devices at once, and I don't have to bring my Apple Watch charging cable around.

✅Recommended if: You want stylish accessories that work on the Qi 2.2 protocol. In my testing, I found the MagFlow charging stand to do a great job charging three devices at once, and it does a good job managing thermals.

❌Skip this deal if: You don't need Qi 2 charging. You can get regular Qi accessories for much less.

Out of all the MagFlow chargers, the 3-in-1 foldable charging stand is the one I used the most. It isn't hard to see why; the design makes it easy to take anywhere, and when folded, it is smaller than a phone. I like the design as well; it's elegant, and the build quality is fantastic.

The Qi 2 mat is located at the top, and you get the Apple Watch charging puck at the bottom alongside another mat that charges accessories at 5W. The charging stand needs 45W of power, and it has the ability to charge phones at up to 25W over Qi 2.2, buds at 5W, and the Apple Watch at 5W. I used it with my Apple Watch Series 11, iPhone 17 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and other Android phones, and it has been terrific.

With Cyber Monday bringing the price of the 3-in-1 foldable charging stand down to $89, now is the best time to pick it up. I was hesitant to recommend it at launch as it debuted at $139, but that is no longer an issue — but you will need to act now.

I like what TerraMaster is doing with NAS servers in general; the brand polished its software last year, delivering a clean interface with plenty of useful features. At the same time, it refreshed its design, with new models like the F4-424 Max coming with a sleek design and better ventilation.

Where the brand really stands out is with its all-SSD enclosures such as the F8 SSD and F8 SSD Plus, and they let you make the switch to M.2 storage with minimum hassle. Now, TerraMaster took the idea of the F4 SSD and turned it into just a storage drive, resulting in the D4 SSD. This is just an SSD enclosure that can house four 8TB M.2 2280 drives, giving you 32TB of storage.

The D4 SSD doesn't have any internal hardware, so you can't use it as a NAS. However, if you need to extend the storage of your Windows or macOS notebook or just want an all-SSD external storage drive that you can connect via USB-C, the D4 SSD is a pretty great choice. And right now, the D4 SSD is down to $239 for Cyber Monday, which is $60 off its usual selling price of $299.

✅Recommended if: You want a robust SSD enclosure. The D4 SSD needs external power, and it can easily slot in four M.2 SSDs. It connects over just about any USB standard: USB 3.0, USB 3.1, USB 3.2, USB 4, and Thunderbolt 3/4/5. Regardless of what device you connect it to, you will be able to take advantage of this enclosure.

❌Skip this deal if: You need a portable SSD storage drive. As it needs to be plugged in, the D4 SSD isn't portable.

The D4 SSD looks nearly identical to the F4 SSD, and what I like the most about it is that there's active cooling — which is a must-have in an SSD enclosure. It's easy to slot in SSDs into the device, and it has good passive airflow thanks to the vents located up top. You get a built-in fan, but it isn't loud, so if you have this positioned on a desk, it's not going to annoy you.

The D4 SSD has the ability to house four NVMe drives, going up to 8TB each. That means you get 32TB of addressable storage, and that is higher than what's possible with most products in this category. The only issue is that the D4 SSD isn't portable; it needs to be connected to a wall outlet, so you can't just throw it in a bag and take it around.

Connectivity is where the D4 SSD truly shines, with the USB-C port integrating all USB standards, including USB 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, and USB 4.0. It also gets Thunderbolt 5, Thunderbolt 4, and Thunderbolt 3, so you can be guaranteed that you can use this thing with just about any device. With a 40Gbps bandwidth, you can easily move data to and from the device, and it is an ideal choice if you need a fast external drive to store videos — that's how I used the D4 SSD over the last six months.

Obviously, the bandwidth is reliant on the drives you slot in, and I used the D4 SSD with WD's excellent SN770 Gen 4 SSDs, and it proved to be a great choice. If you want to extend the storage of your workstation and need an all-SSD solution, the D4 SSD gets my recommendation. With the deal bringing it down to $239, now is as good a time as any to buy the enclosure.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are the best times to get sweet discounts on our favorite tech, and if you're in the market for the best wireless earbuds, then this Powerbeats Pro 2 deal just might be for you. In fact, it's the one product that I actually bought.

At $50 off, the Powerbeats Pro 2 drop from $250 to $200. It's not quite as low as we saw during Prime Day, but a sale is a sale, and I simply couldn't wait any longer, especially since I don't know when they'll be on sale again.

Fantastic everyday and workout earbuds

The Powerbeats Pro 2 were easily the closest thing I could find to a replacement for the now-defunct Jabra Elite series. Among the reasons is the presence of physical buttons, something that's not super common on even the best wireless earbuds. I'm not a fan of capacitive buttons, so this is a huge plus for me. In addition to standalone volume buttons, the 'b' buttons can be customized for switching audio modes or triggering your AI assistant.

Also, like the Jabra Elite 8 Active Gen 2, these are built for exercise and other physical activity, making them some of the best fitness earbuds we've tested. The earhooks ensure that they fit extremely well while you're on a run, and you get five eartip sizes so you can get a good seal.

I've had the Powerbeats Pro 2 for a few days now, but so far I'm thoroughly enjoying them. Audio sounds fantastic, and ANC is better than I expected. I also like the transparency mode, as it's easy to activate and makes voices very clear, so I don't have ot take out my earbuds when speaking to others.

The battery also lasts a long time, and the charging case adds up to 45 hours of battery life. Oh, and did I mention that it can monitor your heart rate and connect to other apps/workout equipment? That's right, the Powerbeats Pro 2 have built-in heart rate sensors for better workout tracking, adding even more value to an already-impressive pair of earbuds.

I use Android, so the Powerbeats Pro's functionality is somewhat limited, but I still find them a joy to use. However, if you're an iPhone user, there are even more reasons to enjoy them. One of my iPhone-toting friends told me that they preferred these to Apple's AirPods Pro, and I already convinced another friend to purchase them since she does a lot of physical activity.

The only thing I don't like about these earbuds is the fact that the charging case is so large. I'd hate to carry these around without a bag or purse to put them in.

This is the time of year all of us here at AC are on the lookout for the perfect Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. While the perfect deal probably doesn't exist, plenty come close. We tell you about them, but we also jump on them and get our gadget on whenever we can.

I wanted to upgrade my e-reader to a color model and was really going back and forth between the Libra and the Kindle Colorsoft. But I can’t begin to tell you how many people kept raving about the Kobo.

So I bit the bullet, bought the Kobo, transferred my books over (which took a hot minute, but I figured it out), and I can officially say it’s going to be very hard to convince me to go back to a Kindle.

Nandika Ravi: I didn't miss out on these new headphones

Seriously, these Sony wireless headphones totally nailed it, connecting effortlessly to everything, whether I'm using my iPhone or an Android device, or my smart TV. As a person who occasionally, or let's be honest, binge-games (I'm currently deep into Ghost of Yōtei), I was on the hunt for Bluetooth headphones that were extremely easy to connect and could also serve as a decent gaming headset.

I've really been wanting some new earbuds for a while, but I've been hesitant to buy a new pair because the best wireless earbuds use capacitive touch controls, and I prefer physical buttons. Jabra had the best earbuds with buttons, but since the company doesn't make consumer earbuds anymore, it took me a while to find a pair that I would really like to replace my aging Jabras.

I finally opted to get the Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 as soon as they went on sale for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, as most people at the gym I go to use Powerbeats, and they just so happen to have multiple buttons for controls and volume. While they'd work better with an iPhone, they still perform well on my Android phone, with fantastic audio, ANC, and battery life.

Jerry Hildenbrand: Back to Wear OS, I go!

I don't want a new smartwatch, but I need one all the same. I needed something with fall detection, and somehow Amazon dropped this Pixel Watch 3 deal right in my lap. I know I'll miss the accuracy and battery life my Garmin gives me, but I'm not going to lie and say I'm not looking forward to trying out something shiny and new.

Nothing's wireless earbuds haven't always impressed me, but the brand's wireless over-hear headphones are arguably the best-value options on the market. I already told you about the $79 deal for the CMF Headphone Pro — which is somehow still live on Amazon after Black Friday. However, if you want to pay a bit more for a pair of headphones with way better sound and ANC, you should be looking at the Nothing Headphone 1.

I thought the Nothing Headphone 1's $299 price point was aggressive when the headphones first came out. They're good enough to rival headphones like the Sonos Ace, Sony WH-1000XM6, Bose QuietComfort Ultra Gen 2, and AirPods Max, while being considerable cheaper. That's why it's shocking that Nothing cut an extra $60 off Headphone 1 for Cyber Monday, bringing the headphones down to just $239 if you move fast.

What I like about Nothing's Headphone 1

Every good pair of headphones offers great sound, but there's something special about the Nothing Headphone 1. Surprisingly, it's not that the out-of-the-box sound signature is excellent. My colleague Harish loves it, but I'd slightly prefer a more balanced profile. One reason I love running is that it's not an expensive sport. You buy a few dependable things and make them last. I've worn one pair of Brooks running shoes for 700+ miles in 2025, my shirts come from races I ran years ago, and my Nordstrom Rack sock packs have survived for a decade.

That said, running that many miles is easier when you have certain tech and tools to support you! I regularly review fitness watches from Garmin, Google, COROS, and others, and I've spent Black Friday covering the best wearable tech deals available, including this Garmin Cyber Monday watch deal guide.

Whether you're buying things for yourself or the runner in your life, these are the Cyber Monday running tech deals and other running stocking stuffer deals that I either plan to buy or would buy if I didn't already own them.

All six of my best running watch picks have Cyber Monday deals, and that just scratches the surface. Personally, I use and love my Garmin Forerunner 970 for its 15-day battery life and fantastic insights into my body's cardiovascular and biomechanical load. But even at an all-time-low $100 off, it's still $649, too expensive for an impulse buy.

The Forerunner 165 is my first suggestion for most beginner or intermediate runners, and it's the cheapest Garmin watch I'd still recommend buying; the Forerunner 55 or Venu Sq 2 (both $149 today) are too outdated in key areas. It gives you essential data to run smarter and improve your VO2 Max, without overwhelming you.

If you're willing to spend a little more, the Forerunner 265 is an old favorite of mine, upgrading the 165 experience with slightly better battery life, enhanced dual-frequency GPS that pinpoints your location in city or forest environments, and key Garmin data screens like training load and training readiness that make it clearer whether you're training hard enough to improve.

Above that tier, the Forerunner 965 hits a fantastic 23 days of battery life and improves on the 265 with key features like topographic maps for hiking, real-time stamina warning you when you're reaching your limit, and a Hill score judging whether you need to improve your elevation training.

There are other running watch brands than Garmin, of course! I'm a particular fan of COROS watches as an alternative, as they deliver similar training insights at lower price points. The COROS PACE Pro, for example, gives you a 20-day battery life, training load, customized workout plans, and topographic maps, while only costing $299 ($50 off).

If you're looking for a proper smartwatch with great fitness tools, my personal recommendation is the Pixel Watch 4, which performed well in my fitness test with excellent GPS and solid HR accuracy, along with surprisingly good battery life for both GPS and music streaming to headphones. You even get the new Fitbit Personal Health Coach, which uses Gemini smarts to speak to you about your running goals and build a flexible training plan, whether for a 5K or marathon.

Most running tech is nice-to-have, not essential. The only gadgets I need to stay on pace are a running watch and workout earbuds. For the latter, I've worn and loved the Shokz OpenFit 2 series for all of 2025 and absolutely love their light, open-ear design, rich audio, and button shortcuts. It's a great deal right now, though if you're willing to spend a little extra, the Shokz OpenFit 2+ is even better with Dolby Audio sound.

The other "essential" tool for many runners is a HR chest strap or armband, synced to their watch. All wrist-based optical sensors are prone to inaccuracy, especially in colder weather, so a chest strap like the Polar H10 or Garmin HRM 200 is a great upgrade for the runner in your life who already has a running watch. The H10 is known for being the gold standard, while Garmin's model is equally accurate and a little cheaper.

Personally, I prefer the COROS Heart Rate Monitor; it's an armband, so it's easier to wear and forget than a chest strap (especially if you're not skinny), while still offering better data than a smartwatch. I got my fiancée one to pair with her Apple Watch for weightlifting workouts, and she loves how quickly she sees changes in her heart rate. It's still full price at the moment, but you can get 25% off if you buy a COROS watch at the same time.

Otherwise, the other "essential" for a lot of runners is sunglasses. I'm no expert on those, but I have reviewed tons of smart sunglasses like the Oakley Meta Vanguard and Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2s, which pair with your Garmin watch to read out live stats and "autocapture" videos of your runs to share later. These new glasses are full price, but you can get the older Gen 1s for as low as $238.99 (20% off) and get all the same software — though with shorter battery life.

Cyber Monday under-$50 stocking stuffers for runners

Enough rambling on running tech! You're here to find some last-minute Cyber Monday running deals for athletic loved ones, or gifts for yourself. These may not fall into my usual tech focus, but they're still running deals that I either use regularly or plan to buy.

As for other gift ideas for runners, see if you can find them a way to display their favorite medals, like a medal rack or medal/ bib holder; you can find their latest race on sites like Marathonfoto or FinisherPix and buy a nice finisher photo to go with the display. This Etsy marathon map with personalized time is another option that'll make your runner happy.

You can print out a cute coupon for one free race and promise to pay for their next registration fee (restrict destination marathons in the fine print).

If all else fails, sneak into their sock drawer and find their favorite socks. Runners always need more socks, but you should find out first if they prefer No-Show or Ankle cut.

You can also pick out a sweatband for hot climates, or a beanie or gloves for cold weather, but those can be tricker to pick out, and they may prefer a gift card to a place like REI or Dick's to pick those out for themselves.

We're in the midst of the biggest deals of the year, and that means it's the right time to buy your tech gadgets and save a bunch of cash. Smart shopping saves you money, but it's also a way to build your own kit of gear that "just works."

You don't have to use the same brand for everything, but you might want to.

Why you might want the whole ecosystem

We all know that you can use any phone, any laptop, any tablet, and so on, and things can work together to make life a little bit easier. But there's often a benefit to buying products from the same company.

Some, like Apple's products, have features that only work with other stuff from the same company. If you want to use Siri, HomeKit, or even iMessage, you need an Apple product. Period. It feels kind of like a tech jail, I know. It also allows the company behind it all to do more.

Take iMessage as an example. Because it only works with Apple products, it can work with all of your Apple products. You can get the same messages on your phone, your tablet, and even your laptop because they were all built with that exact purpose in mind.

Apple's the first "offender" that may come to mind, but it's not alone here. Samsung, Google, and Amazon - the big players in the tech gadget and gizmo scene - each offer something that either works best with the same brand or only works with the same brand. It's been that way for a while, too.

I'm torn on how I feel about all this, and you might be too. Google famously builds services and features that are designed to work on every screen, and that's handy. But Google's products often feel lacking when it comes to the competition, and not everything from the company is built for other products to use. Maybe you want to read your SMS messages on your watch, even though they were sent to the number used for your phone. Or you want the kind of synchronicity you get between a Galaxy S25 and a Galaxy Book.

The only way to guarantee that you'll have that, and whatever comes in the future, is to buy "all Samsung" or "all Apple".

That's not necessarily a bad thing. I doubt anyone would complain if they had a Galaxy S25 Ultra, a Galaxy Watch 8, a new Galaxy Tab, and a pretty and thin Galaxy Book in their bag to use — ditto for a big stack of " Apple i-products" or a satchel full of Pixel gear. It's good stuff that works best together.

The problem arises when you didn't think of it in advance (like me) and have a Motorola phone, an Acer Chromebook, an Apple iPad, a Pixel watch, and an Amazon TV. Everything still works, just not as well as it all could. I love my phone and everything else, but I won't lie and say I don't see things from other companies that I wish I had.

This is only going to expand, too. Now that every company is throwing as many AI products at us as possible, they need to find a way to stand out; you know, just like Google does with the AI features that only work on a Pixel. Expect to see something similar from every company with the means to make it happen; we already know that Nothing has something up its sleeve, and Amazon isn't shifting to a new OS for fun.

If you care about making the most of your tech gear, sales season is a big help. Cyber Monday means you'll find gadgets from every company at super low prices. All you need to do is decide which way you want to go.

If I were going to go all in with one brand and squeeze every feature I could out of an ecosystem, I'd be looking at two specific products: a Pixel 10 Pro and an iPhone Air. Not because I think these products are better than all the others, but because they could be the foundation for something that works great together and offers something I want: access to everything Gemini or all my messages on everything I own.

When the next big sale comes along, I'd look for other products from the same company. Soon I would have the products I use most - a phone, a wearable, and a laptop - designed to work best when used as a group.

I'm not suggesting that anyone should do this, and you chase whatever dream you have. I like using my Moto Razr and know it will work well with the Pixel Watch I ordered on Black Friday. I also know I won't be getting my messages sent to my laptop and won't have awesome Gemini photo features on my iPad. I'm OK with that. I might not feel this way if I had to start fresh, though.

It's something to think about, and right now is the perfect time to do it. If you want to make a change and go all-in with a line of products designed to build the perfect ecosystem, you'll be able to start at a big discount.

In fact, I'd even go so far as to say that this is the only time you should really buy the Slim 3 Chromebook. It usually fluctuates in pricing whenever it's not Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Prime Day, but I've never seen this Chromebook for this cheap.

So what makes this such a compelling deal? The answer is simple, really: it's just a well-rounded machine. This is the case with many of Lenovo's other Chromebooks, regardless of how cheap, or expensive, they can get.

With the Slim 3 in particular, you're getting a 14-inch display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution which makes for a nice and crisp screen. While this model in particular doesn't feature a touchscreen, that's not really a bother since you can't flip the screen back and use it as a tablet anyways.

As for performance, we have the MediaTek Kompanio 520 at the helm, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of eMMC storage. This is usually the point where I would tell you to stay away, but Lenovo found magic in a bottle here. No, you won't be able to have a slew of app windows and Chrome tabs open at the same time, but it's great for lighter browsing.

What seals the deal for me is the battery life. Lenovo rates the Slim 3 Chromebook to last for more than 13 hours, and that's even with a 1080p display. A lot of times, I'll see a cheap Chromebook rated to last that long, only to find out that it's using a 720p screen, which isn't exactly ideal.

Samsung has a stranglehold in North America, and that's largely down to the manufacturer cozying up with phone carriers a decade and a half ago. The result is that the brand utterly dominates sales, to the extent that it is seen as the default Android choice when mulling a new purchase.

This has led to Samsung coasting in recent years, rolling out what is basically the same phone year over year. Thankfully, other manufacturers do things differently, and the OnePlus 13 in particular has been a real standout this year. The phone has a stunning design, monstrous internals, battery life that will make every Samsung user envious, cameras that hold their own against the Galaxy S25 Ultra, and a better AMOLED panel.

In short, the OnePlus 13 is a much better phone than anything Samsung has to offer at the moment, and the best part is that because it's been out for the better part of a year, it's discounted to $699 right now. Without overstating things, this is the best phone you can get for this amount, and nothing else outshines it — even the newer OnePlus 15. Why should you trust me? I test nearly a hundred devices over the course of any given year, and I used all mainstream phones released in 2025.

✅Recommended if: You need a phone that's actually good to use. The OnePlus 13 has excellent fluidity, amazing internals, standout battery life, and great cameras.

Even after nearly a year of availability, the OnePlus 13 is a terrific phone. The hardware has no signs of slowing down whatsoever, and it continues to be incredibly fluid in regular use — both at mundane tasks as well as gaming.

The design has aged well too; the unique leather texture is great to hold and use, and I like that it isn't as grainy as usual leather, instead featuring a softer finish. The in-hand feel is excellent, and even though it has a 6,000mAh battery, it isn't that heavy.

On that note, battery life is excellent, and I still get a day's worth of use. The AMOLED panel is among the brightest, and you get a level of fluidity that you just don't see on most devices today. It doesn't miss out on any of the extras either, and you get a charger in the box.

Best of all, the cameras are fantastic; the Hasselblad tuning makes a real difference, leading to photos with great dynamic range and color vibrancy. If anything, I like the OnePlus 13 to the OnePlus 15, and it's much better than the Galaxy S25 Ultra and every other Samsung phone. So if you've been a long-time Samsung user and want something better, you should get the OnePlus 13 while it's still at $699.

I don't put a case on most Android phones I test, but I do so with the current-gen iPhone. While I switch out between Android phones weekly, that isn't the case with the iPhone, and I intend to use my iPhone 17 Pro until the next one comes along, so a case just makes sense.

I've always preferred leather cases, and two brands stand out in this area: Nomad and Bellroy. I'm looking at Nomad's cases this time around, and the brand sent over eight options to use with my iPhone 17 Pro, including the Modern Leather Case, Traditional Leather Case, Rugged Leather Case, Modern Case, and the Rugged Case. I'll get to the cases in a bit, but seeing as we're in the middle of deals season, it's worth pointing out that Nomad has a 20% sale right now, making this the ideal time to get a case, smartwatch band, or any other accessory.

The Modern Leather Case is the one I used the most, and it is fantastic; it fits without any issues, and it provides much-needed protection to the iPhone 17 Pro without adding too much heft or bulk. The inside of the case has a lining to protect the rear of the iPhone 17 Pro while it's housed within, and all Nomad cases have neodymium magnets as standard, ensuring full MagSafe usability.

This variant of the case has a polycarbonate frame at the sides with a glass Camera Control button, and the power and volume buttons are made out of aluminum and have good tactility. I like the feel of the leather, and my cases came with Horween leather, which is exquisite. I also have a regular vegetable-tanned leather case, and while it also is great in-hand, the Horween models just feel better.

The case has raised edges and does a good job protecting the camera island, and it does just as good a job at the front, with the raised sides ensuring the panel doesn't take much damage should the phone take a tumble. If you want a full-leather design, the Traditional Leather Case extends the leather to the sides as well, and you can get this model with Horween leather as well.

The Rugged Leather Case kicks things up a notch, providing all-around protection that comes with a decent amount of bulk. Honestly, I don't think you need this case unless you want to be absolutely sure; the regular leather cases get 8ft tumble protection, while the rugged model pushes that to 15ft.

If you don't want leather, the Modern Case is my go-to choice; it has the same design as the other models, but you get a polycarbonate shell in vibrant colors — the Volt model looks bright. The only point of annoyance is that Nomad doesn't have an orange color variant to match my orange iPhone 17 Pro, but that's about the only issue I have with its cases.

All cases have enough clearance that I was able to plug in my usual USB-C cables (with a built-in panel) without any issues, and while they're on the costlier side, you get excellent protection and durability. I used the leather cases for just over a month now, and I didn't see any problems whatsoever, and the leather is picking up a patina, which is what I want to see.

If you have an iPhone 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, Air, or the standard model and want a high-quality leather case, you should just get Nomad's cases while they're still on sale.

The Enduro 3 is one of the last classic Garmin adventure watches, complete with an MIP display, month-long battery life, and solar charging. Other models, like the Garmin Fenix 8 and Venu X1, are smarter and flashier. However, neither the Fenix 8 nor the Venu X1 can last as long as the Garmin Enduro 3. Even as I’ve dabbled with other smartwatches, I keep coming back the Enduro, and it’s still on-sale after Black Friday as we look ahead to Cyber Monday.

To truly appreciate how crazy it is that the Enduro 3 is only $750 for a limited time, you need a bit of backstory. Garmin loaded the Enduro 3 full of features, but shaved $200 off the retail price compared to the Enduro 2. So, the Garmin Enduro 3 is already a solid value at $900, but it’s way better when Amazon, Best Buy, and Target take another $150 off.

✅Recommended if: you want a Garmin with the longest battery life; you need all-systems GPS and advanced fitness features; you’d like a bunch of storage space for offline maps.

❌Skip this deal if: you want a slimmer watch; you have a smaller budget and could live with a Forerunner or Venu watch.

What I love about the Garmin Enduro 3

There’s a lot to love about the Garmin Enduro 3, but it all comes back to the battery life. I use the state-of-the-art Garmin Elevate v5 heart rate sensor to track regular walking, running, and hiking workouts, plus the occasional sleep tracking session. Even with all of that GPS tracking, I consistently get at least three weeks of usage out of the Enduro 3. When the dreaded “low battery” notification comes in, I usually have another week to charge it.

I rotate a few other premium smartwatches in, like the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 and the Apple Watch Ultra 3. But guess which watch I turn to when I forget to charge one of those models on a given night? The Garmin Enduro 3. I can take it on a work trip and leave the charger at home. This kind of battery will change your life as soon as you give it a try.

More recently, I’ve been loving all of Garmin’s third-party app integrations. The Garmin Connect platform gets a bit data-dense for me at times, but I have my Enduro 3 set up to automatically upload my workout data to Nike Run Club and Meta AI as well. So, I can use Autocapture with Garmin on my Oakley Meta Vanguard sunglasses to track my runs and record live video thanks the Enduro 3. Plus, it’s all cross-platform, so I can pair my Garmin with iOS and Android as needed.

The Garmin Enduro 3 is a sleeper pick, especially with $150 off until this deal runs out. It might not be as sexy as the Fenix 8 or Venu X1, but it’s irreplaceable for me. If you’re tired of nightly (or weekly) charging and want the best Garmin tech, grab this Enduro 3 deal while you can.

If you're like me, then you understand the value that having a tablet can provide. However, even with hundreds of Cyber Monday tablet deals, finding a good one is becoming increasingly difficult.

That said, when you've used as many tablets as I have, you tend to remember which ones stand out, and these are the three deals that I'd recommend to anyone.

When trying to find deals to include, it wasn't long before I realized that all three of these tablets were once considered amongst the best of 2024. And there's a pretty good chance that if successors weren't released, each one of these would still be on that list.

Now is an excellent time to dive into the world of tablets, especially if you want a flagship experience. The money saved by these deals has the added benefit of giving you some wiggle room to pair each with some accessories.

While it's not as big of a deal if you pick up the Kindle Scribe, it's a bit more important with the other two. Obviously, it all depends on how you plan to use each tablet, so at the very least, I'd recommend snagging a case to protect the screen.

But at the same time, both Samsung and OnePlus offer keyboard covers that double as regular cases when they aren't being used.

The default Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S straps jut into your ears, absorb sweat, and fail to balance out the front-heavy design or keep them secure for exercise games. You need an upgrade, one that also improves the two-hour battery life, to get the best VR experience.

But Meta's official Elite Strap with Battery is quite expensive! Even with its 20%-off Black Friday deal ending Saturday night, it's $103 on Amazon, too high considering a full Quest 3S is only $249! Thankfully, out of the best Meta Quest 3 & 3S accessories, you'll find plenty of the best third-party options discounted for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Our first recommendation is KIWI Design, which makes excellent Elite-style straps. The H4 Boost Halo Strap is $63.99 (20% off), giving you an extra three hours of playtime while also offering an adjustable, cushioned forehead pad that lets you find the perfect viewing angle with less pressure on your face. Or for those who'd prefer a more traditional "Elite" style like Meta's strap, the KIWI Design K4 Boost is $55.98 (20% off) with the same battery upgrade.

Our usual top recommendation, the BoboVR M3 Pro Halo Strap, is still full price this year, unfortunately. These wireless earbuds offer high-quality audio, along with several useful features such as active noise cancellation, ambient sound mode, 360 reality audio, and support for multiple high-resolution formats. We also like them for their superb battery life and their ease of use through the Sony Headphones Connect app, which has EQ and other controls. The earbuds also include an IPX4 water resistance rating, as well as fast charging through the USB-C cable and Qi wireless charging. They're definitely on the pricey side of the earbuds spectrum, making deals like this particularly worth taking advantage of.

✅Recommended if: you want a good deal on some of the best noise-cancelling earbuds available on the market; battery life and audio quality are highly important to you, even if it means spending a little more money; you're looking for earbuds with ANC, spatial audio, and ambient sound modes.

❌Skip this deal if: you'd prefer to save additional money and would rather go with a budget pair of earbuds without all the bells and whistles; you need a pair of earbuds that are extremely durable and include a dust resistance rating, in addition to water resistance; you prefer over-ear headphones to earbuds.

The Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds are top-notch, largely due to their excellent audio quality, wide range of audio features, and long-lasting battery. While it's certainly a competitive market out there by today's standards, these stand out as a clear favorite of ours, even if you're just in it for the overall sound quality.

The WF-1000XM5s include powerful AI-based ANC, ambient sound modes, 360 reality audio, and equalization and other settings using the Sony Headphones Connect app.

Sony also says these will get users up to 8 hours of battery life per charge, or a total of 24 hours with intermittent charges using the case. Using the USB-C charging cable, the company also says that users can replenish an hour of battery life with just a 3-minute charge. Meanwhile, they also support Qi wireless charging. The buds are constructed with six onboard microphones for high-quality call audio and easy voice commands, while they also include features such as Speak-to-Chat and Precise Voice Pickup Technology.

Audio nerds have plenty of Black Friday headphones deals to tempt them, with hundreds off the fanciest Sony or Bose ANC headphones — but they'll still cost you $200 and up. For mere mortals like you and me, a simple pair of affordable, reliable headphones is much better.

My genuine recommendation? The Sony ZX Wired On-Ear Headphones, which are just $12.99 (48% off) at Best Buy, or the upgraded Sony ZX with mic for $19.99 (43% off) at Amazon if you plan to use these for Google Meet or Discord.

I've been using my Sony ZXs every workday since February 2022, plus most weekends, wired into my Sony DualSense or Xbox Wireless Controllers for long gaming sessions. My fiancée also uses hers regularly, though her pair is in much better shape and should last a couple more years. In my case, I don't mind having to buy a new pair after nearly four years, considering the great price.

✅Recommended if: You want reliable audio quality for your workday playlist, a lightweight fit that won't feel uncomfortable by 5 p.m. or press into your glasses arms, and a low price that saves your tech budget for wireless earbuds instead.

❌Skip this deal if: You need either active or passive noise cancellation, or you're the kind of audiophile who needs more advanced drivers from flagship headphones like the Sony WH-1000XM6 or Bose QuietComfort Ultra.

I'm not an expert on the best wireless headphones; most of my colleagues' picks are on sale for Black Friday if you're willing to spend hundreds more. For me, I care more about spending money on workout earbuds, like my fantastic Shokz OpenFit 2 or OpenFit 2+ earbuds, when something like the Sony ZX costs so little.

In particular, I appreciate that the ZX series only weighs 119g or 0.26 pounds, when your typical high-end wireless headphones weigh 250g. It makes a difference!

The Sony ZX series is quite popular, with hundreds of thousands of solid reviews on Amazon and Best Buy combined, because of its simple quality and affordability paired with a household name. This Black Friday deal price isn't the lowest ever; it's fallen as low as $9.99 before. But don't fall into the Black Friday deal trap trying to "save" as much money as possible; $13 for headphones that'll last for years is great.

Personally, I prefer the ZXs with the mic, which captures perfectly clear sound for my colleagues on remote calls or teammates during multiplayer Baldur's Gate sessions. But it's up to you whether you want to save a few more bucks or not! Either way, I'm off to buy a new pair for myself.

Sometimes the stars align, and the exact product you've been waiting for hits its lowest price just in time for Black Friday. That is exactly what happened to me this week. I was on the hunt for high-quality Bluetooth headphones that offer seamless multi-device connectivity, and the Sony WH-CH720N ANC headphones were at the top of my list. Seriously, these wireless headphones totally nailed it, connecting effortlessly to everything, whether I'm using my iPhone or an Android device, or my smart TV. This is super helpful for blocking out traffic sounds, or when I need to focus on writing an article or during late-night gaming, when I can zone out into the land of Ezo (Hokkaido, Japan).

These headphones are super light, weighing only 192g—so you can basically wear them all day! Plus, let's not forget the battery life is one of its perks, giving you up to 35 hours even with ANC, and also charges pretty quickly. Personally, I'm someone who juggles between using a Mac, my phone, and the TV for gaming, so the Multipoint Connection feature makes switching between devices a breeze. Somehow, flip phones have returned. For the last several years, phones like the Galaxy Z Flip and Motorola Razr have become more commonplace in a sea of flat slabs. But while flip phones sell by the millions each year, there are still a ton of people who are wary of foldable phones or question the purpose of flip phones.

I've used Motorola Razr (and some Galaxy Z Flip) phones for the past few years, and while I'm always stopped by people who express how cool the phones are, I've also met with some apprehension. Much of this is usually focused on durability, while some are simply disappointed that it's not an iPhone.

So why should you consider a flip phone as your next smartphone purchase? Aside from the fact that they're often cheaper than larger foldable phones, here are my top reasons to buy a flip phone during Cyber Monday.

Cyber Monday flip phone deals

Pocketability

One aspect of flip phones that instantly enticed me was their pocketability. Larger foldables like the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Pixel 10 Pro Fold maintain a normal smartphone size and expand out to something akin to a small tablet. However, a flip phone starts at a normal smartphone size and shrinks to roughly half that when closed.

Android Central's Jerry Hildenbrand loves this about his Razr 2024, and Nick Sutrich's wife also enjoys how the Razr Plus 2024 can easily fit in any purse or pocket. Motorola and Samsung have also leaned in on this a bit with accessories like ring stand cases for the Galaxy Z Flip or crossbody cases/straps for the Motorola Razr.

The only downside is that folding it in half essentially doubles the phone's thickness, so it may protrude more from your pocket. Fortunately, phones like the Galaxy Z Flip 7 are addressing this with noticeably thinner bodies.

Cover screen

For me, the cover screen is probably my favorite part about using a flip phone like the excellent Razr Ultra 2025. For most devices, this is a great way to check notifications, respond to messages, and quickly glance at updates without opening your phone and being distracted by your full screen.

They become even more functional with larger cover screens on newer models. On the Motorola Razr series, you can use your apps on the cover screen without opening the phone. Just select the apps you want to access on the cover screen, arrange them how you want, and you're good to go.

The process takes a bit more setup on the Galaxy Z Flip 7, but you can still use your apps on the cover screen.

Scaling isn't always perfect, but for me, this is a great way to use apps more inconspicuously than if they filled your entire main screen, which is better for privacy in public spaces.

Camera tricks

This goes hand in hand with why I love the cover screen, but there's more you can do with a flip phone camera than with a regular smartphone. It's easy to take high-quality selfies with the primary camera because you can use the cover screen as a viewfinder. Furthermore, if you're taking a photo of someone else, you can show a preview of the viewfinder on the cover screen so they can see themselves before you take a photo. People love this feature (I know I do).

The flip phone's design lets you ditch the tripod for group shots. Just set the phone down and angle the hinge with the camera and cover screen viewfinder enabled. This makes it easy to capture hands-free photos and videos, making it great for TikTok videos, too!

Finally, Motorola and Samsung flip phones come with an Auto Camcorder feature that transforms your phone into a mini camcorder. Fold the phone at a 90-degree angle, and the camera UI transforms so you can hold it like you would a camcorder and capture smoother video. It's really quite neat and makes you feel a bit like a filmmaker.

They're actually durable

People are justifiably concerned about the longevity of foldable phones. After all, it's a folding piece of glass. In the early days, we saw plenty of examples of foldables cracking, failing, and ultimately proving why most consumers should shy away from these devices until companies made them more durable and reliable.

Fortunately, in the year of our lord 2025, foldables are much more durable than they used to be. Most foldables have a high water resistance rating, meaning they can be submerged without issue. Newer foldables even have dust resistance, so you shouldn't have to worry as much about small particles messing up the internals (like the hinge).

Furthermore, the glass and folding mechanisms have also improved. The display crease is much less noticeable, and displays have been tested to withstand more than 400,000 folds without faltering, which should result in years of use.

The pure nostalgia

If you're a millennial like me, then you should fully remember the days of the original Razr. Flip phones were all the rage in the early 2000s, and modernized versions have brought them into the smartphone age. That said, the nostalgia is still fully there, and one of the best things about having a flip phone is being able to flip it open to answer a call, then dramatically slam it shut to end the call.

I don't think there's anything wrong with companies leaning on nostalgia to help sell a phone, so long as they do it right and the phones are actually good. Motorola is probably the best at this, adopting exciting colors and textures for its phones and even recruiting Paris Hilton to promote and launch her own Razr color and accessories.

What's old is new again, and the flip phone is a tech trend I'm happy to see making a comeback.

And of course, if money isn't an object, you can definitely find speakers that sound better (Bang & Olufsen, anyone?). But if you're looking to be the life of the party and you need a waterproof speaker for around 100 bucks, this is an awesome opportunity.
