Phone cases and screen protectors for foldable phones can be tricky business, making the ones that are available expensive at times. Luckily, the best Motorola Razr 2026 cases are a lot cheaper than you would expect, especially when compared to cases for the Samsung Galaxy Flip 7.

Motorola's in-house cases are best suited for the Razr 2026 because you are guaranteed the perfect fit. First-party accessories are usually ideal options, but they can get pretty expensive. Motorola hasn't launched sales for the first-party Motorola Razr 2026 Protective Case yet, but once you can buy it, it should be your number one choice. Guaranteed fit and function aside, the four colorways of the case are perfectly matched to the Razr 2026 color variants, which is a big plus.

If you want to buy a phone case immediately, though, you'll have to rely on what's currently on the market. There are plenty of options in that case, but none from big name brands like Spigen or CASETiFY yet. Cresee's Razr 2026 case is only $10, so it's a budget-friendly option. The vegan leather finish matches the aesthetic of Motorola's Razr lineup, the case has raised edges for drop protection, and the case is lightweight enough that it doesn't feel too bulky. Cresee also promises that the case plays nice with the Razr 2026's wireless charging feature.

If you want something more heavy-duty, keep in mind that will significantly weigh down your slim little flip phone and fatten it up too. The TONGATE Motorola Razr 2026 Case Stand & Belt-Clip has plenty of perks, including a built-in front screen protector, a sturdy little kickstand, and even a belt clip. However, it's $43 a pop, which is pretty pricey for a lesser known brand. The choice is yours to make.

TONGATE has two versions of its heavy-duty case, and both of them come with screen protectors built-in for the Razr 2026's cover display. If you want an all-in-one deal, either version of the TONGATE Motorola Razr 2026 Case is a value-packed buy. However, you can also grab some fantastic Motorola Razr 2026 screen protectors separately. The TPU two-pack from Supershieldz is the best choice as it's affordable, reliable, and gives you the most bang for your buck.

One of the biggest problems with the Motorola Razr Ultra 2025 is the lack of case options from reputable brands. I'm often stuck having to search Amazon for cases from brands I've never heard of, which always feels like a gamble on quality. The Clicks Keyboard launched for the Razr series just over a year ago, and so far, it seems to be the only case worth getting, while adding an extra dash of nostalgia onto an already nostalgic form factor.

The Clicks Keyboard, as the name implies, brings a miniature keyboard to your smartphone, with models available for the iPhone and the Pixel 9 (currently out of stock). It offers a level of functionality you don't get with many cases, and the more I use it, the more I love it. It's not perfect, and there are some things I would change, some of which are present on the upcoming Clicks Power Keyboard, but it's a great accessory for anyone with a Razr.

Make the most of the cover screen

The cover screen is by far the best part about using the Razr. In fact, I use the cover screen most of the time, more than I use the main display. That said, with such a small display, typing can be a bit of a nuisance, since the on-screen keyboard takes up much of the screen real-estate, often covering other UI elements and even hiding the conversation.

With the Clicks Keyboard, you get to retain more of that real-estate since the on-screen keyboard no longer appears. You can type in any text field while still having access to the conversation. And if you need it, you can still use the on-screen keyboard, shortcuts, and auto-correct with Gboard's floating menu.

The result is a phone that looks and almost acts like a Blackberry from the days of yore. The Razr is already an iconic and nostalgic phone, but to add the Blackberry aesthetic adds another level to it that will definitely turn heads and spark curiosity.

Functional keys and useful shortcuts

To some of you, the keys might be too small for your liking. I definitely struggled to use the Clicks Keyboard when I first got my hands on it, partly because of the keys themselves, but also because I haven't typed like this on a smartphone in... many moons. Fortunately, after a few days of consistent use of the Clicks Keyboard, I began to adjust, and typing became much easier. It's admittedly not as fast as I would type when swiping with an on-screen keyboard, but I'm no longer typing at a snail's pace as I was when I first got the case.

It's also a nice touch that the keys are backlit, and you can adjust this in the Clicks app.

But beyond typing, the keyboard comes with some pretty intuitive features and shortcuts. You can easily access certain functions or apps by pressing the Search key and a letter. For instance, Search+B opens the browser, Search+Y opens YouTube, and Search+G opens Gmail. Plus system functions like showing the notification shade or switching open apps can be done by pressing Search+N or Alt+Tab (the Clicks button), respectively.

You can edit some of the key functions in the app, and there's even a cursor mode that lets you control an on-screen cursor using the keys as arrows. They seem to have thought of it all.

There's also a Gemini button that makes it easy to access the AI assistant on the cover screen.

It's actually a great case with a thoughtful design

Probably the best part about the Clicks Keyboard is the fact that it's actually a pretty good case for the Razr Ultra. It's thick enough to provide adequate protection (which may annoy some, as the Razr is already thick when closed), and the keys themselves are slightly curved towards the user. The inside of the case is lined with a nice soft material, while a leather-like material on the outside adds a nice touch.

But there are other aspects of the case design that made me realize that the Clicks Keyboard was designed with love. For instance, there's an indented section at the bottom of the top cover, which makes it easy to use gesture navigation on the cover screen. I love this because swiping up to the Open Apps view can be a challenge on other Razr cases due to the thickness of the top cover, which somewhat obstructs access to the bottom of the cover screen.

Then, when you open the Razr, two openings at the bottom of the phone allow the speaker and mic to operate unobstructed. It's things like this that you won't find on other Razr cases.

I wish it had a number row

While I've gotten used to typing on the Clicks Keyboard, there are some things that annoy me about it, such as the lack of a number row. Having to tap or hold the Number button if I need to input a number feels a bit cumbersome, and I feel like some of those keys could house other symbols, like an "=" symbol, which somehow isn't present on the keyboard.

The upcoming Clicks Power Keyboard has a number row, and I hope future iterations of the Clicks Keyboard (assuming there will be more) come with one, even if it makes the keyboard slightly larger.

Typing is much slower than an on-screen keyboard

This kind of goes without saying, but despite being pretty decent at typing on the physical keyboard, I'm so used to swiping on the on-screen keyboard that I'm still noticeably slower with the Clicks Keyboard. We live in a day and age when we expect instant results or responses, and I find I become slightly anxious when my responses come in slower than I'd like, especially when the other person starts typing again in the middle of my response.

The various shortcuts and functions can also take some getting used to, which may slow you down even more. Enabling or disabling Caps/Caps lock feels like a delicate dance; pretty much every symbol/number requires tapping or holding the Number button, and there are definitely times when I have to turn on the on-screen keyboard.

This is likely more of a me problem, and it's not really a huge issue since I feel like I'm constantly improving my typing speed. In some instances, I can even type without looking, and auto-correct will (sometimes) fix any of my mistakes. But I've definitely had to adjust my expectations and behavior when it comes to typing with Clicks.

It makes the Razr uncomfortably tall when open

The Clicks Keyboard was clearly meant to be used for the Razr cover screen, but sometimes you need to open the phone to perform certain functions or use apps that just require it. Unfortunately, doing so reveals just how silly the entire package looks. The Razr Ultra 2025 is already long, with a 22:9 aspect ratio, but the keyboard just makes it look like a whole yardstick. Passerbyers go from impressed by the Razr and its keyboard to laughing at how wildly long it looks when open, and I don't blame them.

Fortunately, I still use the Razr Ultra closed for the most part, and the Clicks Keyboard is definitely a must-have if you can get your hands on one.

If you're a mobile gamer, you know three things about gaming on your phone. First, it can get incredibly hot in no time flat. Second, is that the phone's performance can tank if it gets too hot, making games unplayable if it gets bad enough. And third, a hot phone can hurt to hold, especially if you're not using a case or if your case doesn't adequately vent the heat somewhere other than on your hands.

Thankfully, Aulumu has a solution for Galaxy S26 Ultra users in the form of its latest case concept. The discreetly named "S26 Ultra Ultra-Slim Aramid Fiber Case" doesn't seem to suggest that it's intended for gaming or anything special other than being slim, really, but a quick trip to the back of the box begins to reveal this case's secrets.

In addition to providing a grippy (yet smooth) texture and aluminum alloy rear camera covers, Aulumu built a clever 26-hole CPU vent directly into that alloy camera frame, using both the ventilation holes and the metal's heat conductivity to pull heat off your phone and disperse it into the ether. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that it also has MagSafe magnets inside, which will make your Galaxy S26 Ultra compatible with all the best MagSafe and Qi2 accessories

In my testing, I found the Aulumu Aramid fiber case reduced heat output while gaming by several degrees. Not only that, but it kept heat off the screen — a place where many modern phones dissipate heat, much to our thumbs' dismay — and even kept the sides of the case cool to the touch.

This meant playing Fortnite, Minecraft, Zenless Zone Zero, and even casual games was always a pleasant experience and didn't suffer from the discomfort that comes with a hot phone. But that only solves two of the three problems I previously mentioned, so how about performance? In a word: excellent.

As you can see from the chart above, using Aulumu's Frosted Glow case — the slightly heftier case pictured at the top of this article — caused the phone to reach 107 degrees Fahrenheit (41 degrees Celcius). Meanwhile, I saw the temperature peak at 103 F (39 C) when using the Aulumu Aramid fiber case. Meanwhile, the Dbrand Tank case, which is amazingly protective but also much bulkier than the other two, saw the highest temperature reach 112 F (44 C).

If you're a PC gamer (or are just interested in CPU tech), you'll know that 40 degrees Celcius is the point where people start paying attention to temperatures. In many cases, phones start to throttle at around 45 C. In the Galaxy S26 Ultra's case, Samsung seems to start heavily throttling performance around 42 C based on my testing, so keeping it below that number is extremely important.

I ran a few benchmarks using 3DMark's built-in stress tests, which run 20-minute ray-traced 3D benchmarks to push the Galaxy S26 Ultra to its absolute limit. While the Aulumu Aramid fiber case only kept the phone a few degrees cooler during the stress test, the performance difference was downright staggering.

On average, I found the Galaxy S26 Ultra scored around 900 points on this benchmark when using a traditional phone case (like the Aulumu Frosted Glow case). With the Aramid Fiber case, that score jumped over 1,100, a 20% increase in sustained performance over the 20 minutes the test ran.

If you're a mobile gamer, you'll know that the 20-30 minute mark is usually when a phone hits its lowest performance mark and typically doesn't recover from that speed until you put it down for a while. With the Aulumu Aramid fiber case, that speed didn't drop as much, and it stayed consistently faster since the phone could remain cooler.

I normally prefer Aramid fiber cases for their minimalist build, but Aulumu has given me a reason to choose its ultra-slim cases over some of my other favorite brands, as it not only looks and feels better than a normal case but also helps the phone perform better under stress. Now that's an impressive bonus!

SUPCASE and i-Blason make some of the most rugged phone cases known to mankind, offering covers for flagships like the Pixel 10 and S26 Ultra. The sibling brands favor a bold, sometimes gaudy design language that is unapologetic, boisterous, loud, and eye-catching. These phone cases aren't for everyone — they have a niche fan base comprising of folks who eat up those kinds of heavy-duty designs.

Turns out, SUPCASE and i-Blason also make rugged accessories like wallets. All the MagSafe wallets from SUPCASE and i-Blason come with stands. Depending on how much bulk you are okay with, you can get really beefed-up wallets that have even more features. For the less adventurous spirits, there are casual colorways and styles available, too.

Since these are magnetic, you can use these wallets with any MagSafe/Qi2 device or magnetic adapter rings. However, you have to be a little wary of the camera lens placement with some models, like the petite S26, for instance. With plenty of varying features and price points, these brands have a magnetic wallet for anyone!

You might've seen rugged phone cases that come with belt clips or holsters. The i-Blason MagSafe Wallet Stand with Magnetic Money Clip follows the same concept, but instead of a phone case, it's a wallet.

For $35, i-Blason includes a magnetic adapter ring in the box, along with the MagSafe Wallet Stand and the Magnetic Money Clip that can be attached to a belt loop or any pants. The wallet is multilayered, so it can take a fall without damaging its contents.

There's space for six cards in the MagSafe Wallet Stand, and there's an RFID blocker built in. The little stand on the base of the wallet kicks out to prop up your phone when the wallet is attached to it.

Once you pluck it off the back of your phone, you can slap it onto the Magnetic Money Clip, which is made of metal. This ensures a firm hold as the magnet latches on powerfully.

It's a slick wallet that can easily replace your conventional one. If you're prone to misplacing yours, having one that magnetically sticks to your pants (as well as phones) is a no-nonsense solution.

The basic option looks like something Spigen would make

SUPCASE has a similar wallet sans the belt clip called the UB Mag Vault Magnetic Wallet with Stand. Made of scratch-proof TPU, this simplistic wallet comes in half a dozen colors. I really like the Midnight Blue variant as it has a classy appeal. The design is so demure that you'd think it's something from Spigen, not SUPCASE.

The UB Mag Vault Magnetic Wallet can also hold six cards, has a stand, and comes with RFID blocking tech integrated into it.

Like its sister brand i-Blason, SUPCASE includes a magnetic adapter ring with all of its magnetic wallets. At roughly $34, the price is reasonable, too.

Wallets with flip stands offer better viewing angles

If you prefer having a sturdier stand with adjustable viewing angles, SUPCASE has you covered. Both the MagFlip Magnetic Wallet with Stand and the MagSafe Wallet with AirTag Holder have the same basic design.

These wallets have a small stand at the base as well as an additional flap that folds out. You can adjust this flap at any angle, and it holds up pretty well on fairly flat surfaces. The SUPCASE MagSafe Wallet with AirTag Holder pushes practicality even further, boasting an AirTag slot on the back. The Moto Tag fits perfectly in there, and I'm pretty sure any other similar-sized Bluetooth tracker will as well.

Again, both wallets with flap-like stands are available in a diverse range of colors, some striking and others more laid back. That hot orange variant called Coral has my vote.

To think that you get two stands built into the magnetic wallet, as well as all the other benefits like robust drop-proofing, space for six cards, RFID blockers, and an adhesive magnetic ring. That's really good value for money.

This puts the price into perspective. Both the SUPCASE MagFlip Magnetic Wallet with Stand and MagSafe Wallet with AirTag Holder cost about $43 apiece. You get several functions and a durable build — a fair deal for sure.

For about $10, you could purchase a basic leather wallet that's MagSafe and stores maybe four to five cards. That's alright for minimalists, but anyone looking to get more use out of their accessory will feel bored. This is the gap that these zazzy wallets fill.
