Verizon offering a G Pad 8.3 with new FiOS orders

Verizon is bundling an LG G Pad 8.3 LTE or a $200 credit toward other tablets with all new FiOS orders. The deal is valid starting today and extends till July 19. FiOS is Verizon's bundled internet, phone and TV service that works on a fiber-optic network, with speeds exceeding 450 Mbit/sec in select areas.

After registering for a new FiOS connection, you will receive a certificate for the LG G Pad 8.3 LTE within 30 days of installation. The certificate can then be redeemed at Verizon stores before September 30. As is often the case with such deals, the tablet works only on Verizon's network and requires you to activate a new two-year contract.

The G Pad 8.3 is a high-end tablet that comes with a full-HD display (1920 x 1200), Snapdragon 600 SoC with a quad-core 1.7 GHz CPU, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage, 5 MP camera, 1.3 MP front camera, LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity and a 4600 mAh battery.
