Google Voice is awesome, we can tell you that much. We'll leave it to Google to fully explain what Google Voice is. So if you ever wanted to know what exactly Google Voice is, Google just released a series of videos explaining what it is, what it does, what it can do, and so on. Google Working On Voice-to-Voice Translation

Google, creator of so many things cool, may have another awesome app in the works. Google is reportedly working on a new voice-to-voice translation that will be available to mobile phones. Meaning if you're stuck in Japan, you'll be able to speak an English phrase into your phone and have it pump out the corresponding Japanese phrase for everyone (or just yourself) to hear. To quote:

Verizon Changing Rate Plans, 3G Smartphones Require Data Plan

It looks like Verizon, notorious for their expensive rate plans, will soon overhaul their rate plans. Some changes will only take place in name only but others such as unlimited plans will actually see a significant price drop. Overall, it seems easier to understand (a good thing) but we're not sure if non-unlimited, smartphone users will actually be affected. The details, as we see them:
