Meet the Motorola CLIQ

Casey Chan News Thursday, 10 September 2009

Here's the Motorola CLIQ, in perfect detail. The CLIQ is Motorola's first official entry into the Android game and it looks like it'll be a good one. Judging from the press shots, we feel that the CLIQ is loads better than the prototype Morrison and a solid effort overall. Available on T-Mobile in the fourth quarter, T-Mobile and Motorola both expect the CLIQ to sell a ton of units.

The CLIQ will come in two color options: Winter White and Titanium and will have a 3.1 inch...

Motorola Holding Android Event on September 10th

Casey Chan News Wednesday, 26 August 2009

It's official. Motorola is going to be announcing their first Android phone (or phones) on September 10th. Which device will it be? The Morrison? The Sholes? Or another one of the slew of Android devices we have heard about? Can we expect

Motorola Morrison Specs Leak

Casey Chan News Monday, 10 August 2009

The Motorola Morrison isn't the most popular device around Android Central, we were very disappointed in its look and felt it was targeted more towards texting teenagers than any other market. So though the Morrison will run Android (no word if it'll run Blur), Android may be simply an afterthought for most customers--they'll surely be more...

Motorola Sholes Runs Android To Launch on Verizon?

Casey Chan News Monday, 03 August 2009

If you were disappointed with the Motorola Morrison, you weren’t alone. We thought that Motorola’s purported first Android effort was targeted more for the messaging heavy customer base (read: teenage girls) than the traditional smartphone user (read: us). And coming from a company like Motorola, whose hardware design is typically top-notch, we couldn’t help but feel underwhelmed...

Motorola Morrison Hits FCC, Has T-Mobile 3G and UMA

Casey Chan News Thursday, 30 July 2009

We love the FCC—they always inadvertently leak information about upcoming tech products and we always reap the benefits. The Motorola Morrison, Motorola’s first Android Phone, just passed through the FCC with specs detailing T-Mobile 3G bands and UMA support. And judging by the fact that T-Mobile runs their own 3G band in the States and is the only carrier to offer UMA support, hmm, we think that the Morrison will be available on T-Mobile.

Motorola Morrison Android Phone Pictured Again, Runs Android

Casey Chan News Wednesday, 22 July 2009

We've already seen the Motorola Morrison Android Phone before so this picture isn't exactly groundbreaking, but any news regarding Moto and Android basically excites us to no end so we had to pass on the news. Unlike the previous snapshot of the...

Picture of Upcoming Motorola Morrison Android Phone Leaked

Casey Chan News Monday, 22 June 2009

If you remember T-Mobile's Android Roadmap that leaked a month ago, you would recognize this Motorola handset dubbed the Morrison. This live shot of the Motorola Morrison looks exactly like the thumbnail picture in the roadmap (which effectively gives more credence to that roadmap). And though it is expected to run Android, we can't help but be a bit underwhelmed by Motorola's...

Motorola's 'Morrison' is a T-Mobile Android Device

Casey Chan News Thursday, 21 May 2009

We had previously reported on the leaked T-Mobile 2009 roadmap that showcased T-mobile's Android plans for 2009 specifically, the G1 v2 aka Bigfoot and the Samsung Houdini. If you...
