Hooray! The Motorola Cliq (full review coming, we promise) has officially been rooted. Which means you can turn this tween-text-teen-social-centric phone into a powerhouse of whatever you like, in time. ODROID Android Gaming Platform Now Shipping To Developers

Remember the Android gaming platform, ODROID? It's now shipping to developers. Around 300 units have made their way to developers and we're hoping that it'll spur some major gaming development on that front. Games have been severely lacking on the Android platform and if developers can see success on ODROID, perhaps it'll trickle down to Android...

We knew apps in Android Market weren't exactly selling like hotcakes but with newfound buzz and interest in Android from the recent releases of the DROID, DROID Eris, HTC Hero, etc. we figured developers would continue to plug in and eventually reap the benefits.
