As we ready ourselves for the official release, we've added over a dozen cases for the Samsung Galaxy S5 here at ShopAndroid.com, including popular names like Spigen, Incipio, Trident, Belkin, Qmadix and Amzer.

Jump past the break to get a closer look at some of the skins, hybrids, hard cases and flip cases for the Samsung Galaxy S5 that you can call first dibs on!

Take a peek at Belkin's 2-in-1 Wallet Folio Case for the Galaxy S5 which gives you incredible protection against drops and scratches while providing you with plenty of storage space for your credit cards, cash, receipts, you name it. When it's not managing your loot, fold it out into your own personal viewing stand to comfortably watch movies or browse the web.

For hybrid protection we've added Spigen's Neo Hybrid Case for the Galaxy S5, combining a flexible, textured TPU with a chrome accented polycarbonate frame that comes in several different colors to choose from. There's quick and easy access to all the ports and buttons of the device and maintains an incredibly slim form when installed.

Incipio's NGP Case blends silicone and plastic all into one flexible, shock-absorbing solution. This translucent skin case for the Galaxy S5 is available in four colors and is completely stretch and tear resistant. A far superior choice over the common cheaply manufactured skins you find for a few bucks.

Light as feather, but great against drops; the Feather Ultra Thin Hard Case snaps on the back of your Galaxy S5 keeping the device's original sleek design at all times. Take your pick of six vibrant colors, all of which have access to the display, camera, ports and buttons of your Galaxy S5.

Keep in mind that these Galaxy S5 cases mentioned above, as well as many others are up pre-order, which means first come first serve. You'll want to get your orders in as soon as possible if you plan on nabbing yourself a fresh Galaxy S5. We'll be adding tons more, so feel free to follow us @ShopAndroid for the latest updates!

I would want to make sure that any case I purchased for the S5 did not interfere with the fingerprint reader. I'm concerned that a lip at the bottom edge of a case might make it harder to swipe down.

I would love to see a real mil spec six foot drop on concrete shock proof case that would let you take the phone diving down a couple of meters and run the phone through the case touch panel.
