Samsung Galaxy Ace Style KitKat-based entry-level phone is official

A few days after it unexpectedly appeared in Germany, the Samsung Galaxy Ace Style has today been officially announced by the Korean manufacturer. The device packs a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 512MB of RAM, a 4-inch WVGA display and a 5-megapixel camera. And on the software side it's running Android 4.4 KitKat, topped with Samsung's current TouchWiz UI — "TouchWiz Essence."

Other notable hardware specs include 4GB internal storage, a 1,500mAh battery and a VGA front-facing camera. The Samsung Galaxy Ace Style will be available globally in cream white and dark gray color options later this month. No price is given, but reports out of Germany suggest it'll sell for between €200 and €300.
