NVIDIA Shield Android TV arrives in the Google Store for $199

The latest addition to the Google Store lineup is the NVIDIA Shield Android TV. Google is selling the 16GB variant of the Android TV for $199, while the 500GB version is only $100 more, at $299. For those unfamiliar, the NVIDIA Shield Android TV features a NVIDIA Tegra X1 processor with 256-core Maxwell GPU with 3GB RAM on the inside, and is capable of displaying 4k video.

The Shield Android TV brings a home theater experience to your house with 7.1 and 5.1 surround sound pass through, and can even capture up to 60 fps for recording purposes.
