LG launches Hi-Fi music service for its premium smartphones

LG has announced a new Hi-Fi music service that will be available to the LG G4, G Flex 2, G3 and the G2. The service will offer high-fidelity tracks with 24bit/192kHz playback, and should you have a qualifying handset, you'll receive two free Hi-Fi tracks a month, and additional discounts up to 50 percent off the regular price on songs available from LG.

LG mentions that the service will be available to customers in nearly 70 countries, including the United States, Australia, Brazil, China, France, Italy, Russia and the United Kingdom. The Hi-Fi music service is launching later this month, and will be accessible from the LG SmartWorld app and www.lgworld.com.

We'll have more details on LG's upcoming music service in the coming weeks. With a variety of streaming services already available for Android, would you purchase high-fidelity music on your smartphones?
