The Wildfire is a device from HTC with the goal of spreading to as many people and demographics as possible, hence the name. It's an extremely affordable Android device that may not sport as many high-end specs as some phones, but it is very solid and capable.
It has a 3.2-inch screen, Android 2.1 (Eclair), HTC Sense, 528 MHz Qualcomm processor, 384MB RAM, 512MB ROM and a 5MP camera.
