The HTC Desire 510 is yet another solid offering from HTC in its mid-range Desire line of phones, which aims to provide access to its hardware and software design at prices much lower than its flagships. It falls close in line design-wise with the Desire 816 and 610 launched earlier in 2014, with smoothly rounded edges, plastic build and mix of glossy and matte textures.
Specs for the Desire 510 include a 4.7-inch display at 480 x 854 (FWVGA) resolution, Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage (with an SDcard) and a 5MP camera. On the software side, it runs Android 4.4 with Sense 6 out of the box. All pretty basic stuff for the time of its launch in August 2014, but the important part for this device is that it brings acceptable hardware and LTE support to a low price point.
The Desire 510 is available worldwide, though specific availability in different markets varies.
