2

Twitter seems to have pulled support for its Google Glass app, removing the Glassware listing from MyGlass entirely. Glass users (including a few folks here at Android Central) have noticed that while the Twitter app continues to function if you already have it installed on Glass, it no longer shows up for installation nor does the listing in the MyGlass app have any information on it.

On Inbox invites, Lollipop and cutting the cord...

Inbox invites

People throwing their Gmail address around, Android 5.0 and remembering how bad the cable providers are

Usually on a Monday morning (or afternoon, depending how late Sunday night was) I get time to write about some of the things I've been thinking about in the past 7 days. Last week I skipped it (and it's not as if there hasn't been plenty of other things going on, right?) but this week I'm finding myself spoiled for choice. So I'm going to talk about three things that got me thinking this week, starting with Inbox invites.

Creepy James Franco gives us another peek at the Motorola Droid Turbo

30

Droid Landing, the twitter page for all things Droid branded, has been up to some shenanigans today — the most recent of which features James Franco riding a bike on a street as his friends try to record him using their phone. Franco pops out of frame, then reappears suddenly, whips out what looks to be a Droid Turbo, snaps a photo, and disappears down the street in the blink of an eye. The message here is clear: your phone is slow and the Turbo is, well, turbo.

This week's sidebar poll: Are you running the Lollipop preview?

52
LOLLY-LOLLY

Lollipop, lollipop, oh lolly lolly lolly ...

We're back with another poll, where we get to pick your brains a bit and find out how you think, what you're doing, and what you love (and hate)! It's my favorite post to write each week, and this go 'round is going to be a fun one, I think.

Google has released "beta" previews of Lollipop for all of us to install and try. They have bugs, sport a new user interface design, and give us a peek at what having a Nexus 6 or Nexus 9 will be like. I know plenty of my hardcore Nexus buddies out there have flashed it. I also know that plenty haven't, and a lot have switched back. Beta software means bugs. And of course, being available for only one phone makes a helluva difference.

Here's you chance to tell me what you've done, and to fill the comments with friendly banter all about the Lollipop preview, the Nexus, and anything else that's on your mind. The poll follows.
