This photo was taken at night from the observation deck of the Sears Tower (Big Willy) using a 3-second aperature. This let the car headlights make those blurs. It makes a great backdrop to use with the Snow 2 Live Wallpaper to have a blizzard in Chicago. It is a nice dark background behing your icons.
